Holiday Inn Mönchengladbach  

It was a little disappointing, especially when we were told that if we wanted a quiet room we could have one for 20.00 Euros per night extra. Also the room was cold on our arrival and it would have been nice if it could have been heated to an ambient temperature. On our previous visits breakfast was included and was an excellent start to the day. We chose to have breakfast in Heinemanns and had an excellent meal for considerably less than the hotel price. It was sad to see that you had removed the coffee/tea making facilities in the room. How useful it was to have had a mini bar. What a pity it was empty !

The price of the room, very acceptable, although this Holiday Inn does not deserve four stars.

The hotel is located near a very busy traffic way. The rooms on the side of this street are not protected against this noise.

That there was only one lift in operation is rather inconvenient.

Comfortable and clean, friendly staff.

We were pleased that we did not have our 3 young children with us as, on turning on the TV we were immediately greeted with an explicit pay tv adult channel. Also, the room (6th floor) had a large low level window which was easily fully opened. Very easy for a child to climb out of - an accident waiting to happen Both of these areas need some thought - not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. Was disappointed at the 17 euro parking charge.

1. No mini bar despite a room menu 2. No tea/coffee avaoilable in room 3 Cost of breakfast was extortionate! 4.Reception staff efficient but hardly with the joys of spring - lacking in basic information on arrival ie where are the lifts!

Für mich war die Lage optimal und das Prei- / Leistungsverhältnis (sondertarif) hat gestimmt.

Viele Kleinigkeiten bieten Verbesserungspotential: Die letze Renovierung ist wohl bereits recht lange her, man sieht überall deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Etliche Einrichtungen funktionierten mehr schlecht als recht: Aufzüge extrem langsam; Schranke am Parkplatz defekt; Parkticket funktioniert nicht; Klimaanlage schafft keine Kühluing. Und bei der Abrechnung hat man versehentlich 10€ pro Nacht zuviel berechnet. Gesamteindruck leider nur Mittelmass für ein Hotel mit einem grossen Namen!

Extrèmement bruyant coté avenue, l'isolation acoustique est à revoir il est difficile de dormir

Een tweepersoonskamer geboekt. Maar één makkelijke stoel op de kamer aanwezig. Het zwembad kon niet gebruikt worden. Er stond geen water in. Bij afrekenen bleek de kamer €20 duurder dan op de boeking via internet. Voor het parkeren van de auto werd een euro meer gerekend dan volgens de boeking.

Goed hotel,ruime kamer en zeer goed ontbijt.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het ontbijt was super. En het eten van de kleine kaart aan de bar was ook perfect.

Dat de sauna niet de gehele dag toegankelijk was ivm zwem lessen in het Hotel zwembad.

Minnibar leer. Am zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser, nur kalt.

Das Holiday Inn in Mönchengladbach ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und gut geschultem Personal. Ich habe mich auch als Alleinreisender sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück war große Klasse. Alle Wünsche, die ich hatte, wurden mit einer angenehmen Leichtigkeit für mich erfüllt. Großes Lob für das Holiday Inn.
