Great location. Great breakfast with everything you desire. Very proffesional and very friendly staff. Our rooms were quite old with uncomfortable beds. Really need a renovation to update them from the 80´s. In this sense; not quite value for the money. We just stayed 1 night and made no fuss about it. Rooms like this shoul´nt cost as much. |

Nice and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. When you book a family room and the beds are 2 x 1,40 you get a problem if the boys are not used to sleep together, like ours. It would be much better with a doubble bed and a bunk bed. |

This is an excellent hotel. Parking garage for the car, very friendly and efficient checkin. We had a suite which was very luxurious. The breakfast buffet is probably the best we ever had in a hotel. An enormous choice of items, and there were cooks to make eggs and other thing to your liking. The hotel is located very close to the center of Lubeck, it's perfect for a visit to Lubeck. |

Breakfast & dinner buffets are very rich and value for money, the location of the hotel, the design and quality of the installation, the space in the room. |

Very central and brilliant breakfast Bit of mix up with our booking. I had booked 2 rooms and luckily had receipt for the booking as they only had 1 room booked when we arrived.. They did eventually sort it out and a 2 nd room was found . both rooms very good standard and we were happy with everything after that. |

We had a wonderful evening buffet. The food was very good. Also, really liked how close the hotel was to the city. The morning breakfast buffet was the best we have seen. Best hotel food ever! No A/C in rooms. My father was in an additional single room, and said the bed was very uncomfortable. We had to keep our windows open, because it was so stuffy without A/C, and it was very noisy outside. Didn't sleep too much! |

It is close to the city, very good breakfirst and it aproves good service from nice personal. We think the beds are hard and not very comfortable. An extra madrass would make them much better. |

The service was professional and at the same time very friendly and helpfull. This war true from the moment you entered the hotel. THe food was very good. The room was too warm and it was difficult to keep the window open wide enough. |

Beliggenheden er god og betjeningen behagelig. Så dyre hotelværelser, og så er morgenmad ikke inkluderet.... det er ikke i orden. Vi måtte betale 5 x 17 Euro for morgenmad til 5 msk.! Og så er P-kælderen meget lille; man burde kunne anvise andre P-pladser. |

Bedste placering ved Holsten Tor med gåafstand til den gamle, historiske bykerne (p.t. med suverænt julemarked), nem parkering, fine værrelser samt høflig og korrekt betjening. Et smut omkring baren inden sengetid er en "stå - i - kø - oplevelse". Der er plads til forbedring (justering). |

Det fanns en bra restaurang med mycket trevlig personal. Receptionspersonalen var ok. Det var inte några problem att bara kunna tala engelska Vi blev kontaktade strax innan resan och fick våra delux-rum utbytta till standardrum utan godtagbar förklaring. Man påstod att man inte hade dessa rum utan fjädrar och dun i sängkläder?????????? |
