This is a nicce cute hotel with highly courteous staff near to all transport facilities.
Pricing. We found it is a bit over priced property.
Close to train station and walking distance to market place and sights
Surrounding area was rundown and dirty
Room small but clean. Good for an overnight to catch a train, but not recommended for a lengthy stay.
Area of town dirty. Had someone passed out in the elevator when we tried to leave in the morning.
Shared bathroom but no problems clean and tidy found reception helpful and able to communicate a little English
Friendly staff, convenient location although in not so good neighbourhood.
Poor water draining in shower. Ridiculous decor (cupids, hearts, home sweet home, etc.)
Very close to train station
Basic facility, no fridge. Too noisy.
Breakfast Staff Nice sized rooms Close train and other transportation Neighborhood was interesting and good restaurants were close by. We felt safe in the neighborhood after our initial exposure. Room fans worked well
Neighborhood was a bit tough and noisey. The noise did not keep me up as I travel with ear plugs. No air conditioning, although the heat did not keep me from sleeping.
the staff has been amazing, very friendly and helpful and welcoming!
the room was really small as well as the bathroom. The curtains could be a little more dark as they leave to much light into the room as soon as the sun comes up.
Close location to the train station and walking distance to town center. Staff was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. Wifi excellent. Breakfast was beautifully presented. We loved the meal.
Night time was noisy due to men talking loudly at all hours. Some rather seedy party places and casinos nearby.
Adorable decor, friendly and helpful staff, decently sized room, good wifi connection, VERY close to the train.
The layout is kind of strange-- elevator to the fifth floor or so and then you have to get around the hotel part via stairs.
Just about everything. We had great time there.
Awesome location just steps from the Hauptbahnhof and minutes from the historic center. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. The front desk is manned 24-hrs a day. The breakfast bar is splendid. This has become our hotel of choice on our visits to Munich. An excellent value!
Staff very friendly.
Telwvision extremely small. Bathroom and shower small. Towels of cheap quality. No place to park- plan an extra 20-25 euro for parking. You get what you pay for.
Very central location amazing friendly staff very local atmosphere functional and clean breakfast buffet that tops it all reception receiving online delivery on my behalf
A bit noisy from the neighborhood if window is open
The staff were very friendly, the hotel has local design which is very nice and warm, breakfast was very good as well.
the location of the hotel was in front Casino in area of night clubs it does not make you feel safe. the reception of the hotel is in the fifth floor.
Location (close to city center)
Location (close to Hbf)
The staff was very kind .
The power of wireless LAN was weak in the room. In the dining room on 5F, it was OK.
Close to hauptbahnhof
Not a pretty neighborhood
Proximity to the main train station, quietness of the hotel, a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and cute room, and a delicious breakfast. Thanks also to the lady at the desk who loaned us an electrical adapter and let my daughter work in the dining room late into the night on her assignments.
1. Some of the entertainment a few doors away. 2. a cash only policy. But neither of these would stop me from staying at this hotel in the future.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Is very close to the main train station.
Very small rooms. Hot water went out.
The room was very clean and nicely appointed.
The hotel does not accept credit cards for final payment at checkout. They only accept cash! I had to rush out to an ATM/Cash Machine nearby in the wee hours of the morning to get over 500 Euros to make the payment, while rushing to make our flight back home. I asked twice, once before arrival and once after arrival, that I would like to eventually pay with a different credit card than the one I used to make the booking and I was told that would be just fine. When we get to the front desk at early morning of the day we were checking out, I was presented with the "cash only" policy! Also, non-smokers, beware! There was a strong smell of smoke every night, from the rest of the building, which is an apartment building as this hotel is on the 5th-6th floor!!! For family minded travelers, this location is not ideal as it is surrounded by gentlemen's clubs/erotic strip table dance/Cabarets etc.
The staff was friendly. There is a sign posted at the desk stating no credit cards accepted. However, they did accept our credit card when asked to do so. The room was large (a triple), as was the bathroom. There is an elevator to the reception floor. Fairly close to the main train station.
This is not a quiet location. There is a nightclub/casino nearby with very late night activity. Even with the windows closed the noise was audible.
Not value for the money, rather stay at Ambiente which only cross the street with lower price and breakfast,( great breakfast with staff ). noisy and unable to sleep
Very good location for those who takes train to travel. Clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly.
Not easy to find out. The hotel signage should be more clear and larger.
Breakfast is the best ever!
