Good location - very handy for Hbf & Trams [Although close to a main line station there were no signs of any undesirables who often seem to congregate around stations. Hotel seemed to be in a 'safe area']. Breakfast buffet [mostly cold] was of good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Initially allocated a room beside the lift. However I was keen to change rooms as in other hotels I've had to endure interrupted sleep due to the noise from the lift mechanism. Reception were extremely helpful in changing rooms [though new room was facing the street and there was a lot of traffic noise when window open]. Next time I would go for room at the back of the hotel.Air-con provided by fan. I would have preferred a bath, but only shower available [but always plenty of hot water]. Room furniture a bit tired, but everything was very clean [especially the toilet/shower room].

Тhe bathroom was not properly cleaned.

Clean and simple room. Bathroom with hairdryer. Free (and fast!) wifi in your room.

Shower's temperature was fluctuating. One bed light was not working

good location (super) good value for money comfortable for shot trip, for examle for weekend or shot holiday frendly staff

Centrally situated for main station, trams, short walk to shops, friendly staff, good breakfast selection. Central heating functions well and excellent shower.

Occasionally some foods would run out if one came to breakfast later, and you would have to ask for something that you particularly wanted or liked.

The hotel is located very close to the main train station, and although the facilties are basic there were no major problems, so the value for money was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in an area which might be off-putting to families.

the location of the hotel is very nice; 5 minutes on foot to the main train station of the city (Hautbahnhof), 10 minutes to the main shopping area, 15 minutes to the restaurants' area.the personnel is nice & helpful, the rooms (singles) are quite small, but clean & have everything necessary. room service (cleaning) daily. the breakfast was quite simple, i mean no anything hot (like omelette, for example), but for the value it's ok. milk, cereals, everything for the sandwiches

there's noone at the reception desk after 12pm (you should unlock the door with the same key which you use for the room), so in case of any issues, i'm not sure that there will be anybody. but not sure.

El desayuno, si bien es correcto, me parecio algo limitado y muy local. No disponen de safe box en la habitacion ni de frigo bar.

Det jag mest ogillade var att jag hade en råtta på mitt rum sista natten. När jag berättade detta var det inget tal om någon kompensation eller nåt utan de såg bara extremt besvärade ut...

Lage nahe Hauptbahnhof, Freundliches Personal, Preis

Hotel nicht ausgebucht, dennoch schlechteres Zimmer bekommen als 2010, Frühstück reichhaltig aber qualitativ nicht optimal, Preis gerade noch so akzeptabel

De ligging in het centrum, dicht bij het centraal station

Kamer was niet schoon maar stoffig en muf. Op de kamer waren de meubels krakkemikkig en de matrassen slap. Het ontbijt was karig en er was in de ontbijtruimte geen bediening te bekennen op dat moment. Ook was het koud in de ontbijtruimte.

Buona posizione: a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e 2 minuti dalla stazione. Camere pulite. Staff gentile.
