The staff could improve and speak a little bit of English. That would help a lot, although they were very kind and overcame the obstacle. |

Convenient location, good value for money, good breakfast nice, clean and spacious rooms. N.B. I stayed at double deluxe with balcony. Hotel staff did not speak English but did everything to communicate. |

The central position of the hotel. The possibility to park the car. Our room was neat and clean but our son complained about hairs in his bed (one of the beds in a tripple room). |

Hotel staff was very friendly even though I could not speak their language (German) quite well. It is a small hotel and you have the feeling that you are in someone else's home. The rooms are very comfortable and the value for the money is very good. The location is also excellent if you need to do any work around the city. The downside of the hotel is the small parking lot. You can only park 5 to 6 cars and that's it. It is extremely hard (I mean, very very difficult) to park your car in the nearby streets, specially later in the evening. If you are taking a taxi during your visit to Frankfurt, than this will not be an issue for you. |

Great value for the prices, friendly staff, clean and large room, breakfast included it a bonus. We stayed during a show so the price of all hotels in Frankfurt was on the high side, but hotel Mondial exceeded our expectations. |

Alles !!!! So ein unfreundliches Personal habe ich noch nie erlebt !!!! Und ich bin viel in Hotels. Frühstück sehr schlecht ! Zimmer auch schlecht ! Habe in Erwägung gezogen ein anderes Hotel zu suchen obwohl das Geld vom Konto schon abgebucht war. (Ist mir auch klar, warum die den Betrag sofort einziehen !!!! ) Absolutes no go !!! |

Zentral gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In aller nächster Nähe U-Bahn-Station. Große Zimmer. Für das ganze Haus nur 5 Parkplätze vorhanden. Für die übrigen automobilen Gäste bei voller Belegung des Hauses leider keine alternativen Parkmöglichkeiten. |
