Easy parking and walking distance to the city centre, breakfast was good. |

The reception was friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and offer all modern amenities. I stayed at the hotel for the tghird time and will do so again. The parking facilities are not existant. But there is a reasonable cheap parking house in the side street. Park your car there. |

Breakfast is good & hotel is near to the train station. Very poor internet/wifi. Internet security not up to date therefore "new" IE browser can't support it. No lift at the back section. Need to walk to up!!!!! |

You can reach to city center by walking. Good choice for this value. Becouse of the old carpet the room seems dirty. Furnitures should be renewed. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was bad. The decor was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The television gave us two British news channels. The location was handy for the station, shopping and the sights. The walls were very thin, so when we were in bed we could hear the alarm clock of the man next door, his tv and even when he got into bed. The room was also too warm for comfort. |

I was somwhat confused and disappointed that expenses made have been charged to the card presented as a deposit at reception , while exact procedure has not been agreed. For example, it can be a case that some other card should be charged! Also, I have not been asked if I prefer to cover the expense by cash. |

Kindness of receptionist. Situation in the heart of the town. Excellent breakfast and kindest service by breakfast waittress Room was by far not impeccably clean. The temperature of the room (sunny side) was at least 30 degrees C. Window was not open, curtains were not closed |

We booked two double rooms. One was big the other was very small! Both rooms were dirty with hair on the bed and curtains etc.On the positive side, the location is very good and the breakfast was superb. Cleanliness. Size of double room (I suspect they have me a single room and said it was a double). |

The staff were very friendly and it was situated just nicely for the centre of Dusseldorf. The price and value was unbelievable. There was some building works behind the hotel on the Saturday, a bit noisy but that's life. |

Good breakfast Appalling smell in the room. Had to change room because of it. Broken glass & thick layer of dust under the bed. The other room was much better. |

Friendly service, no standard interior design (closet and breakfast room). Quite close to both Altstadt (old city center) or Hauptbahnhof (trainstation). New shower curtain would look better but it did the job. |

Breakfast was good. Help to different places in Dusseldorf from the young man at the reception. The Hotel telephone. I could not make a phone call to my wife and children from the room even if you press 0. When I asked about the problem, no one give me an answer or try to find out why th phone is not working. |

very friendly and helpful boys and girls at reception desk, nice location, very close to shopping centers and KO It would be good to remove smell from rooms, also it was too loud because of very close location (room to room), rooms are very small, beds also small and too soft. |
