All staff that we met could speak good English and gave very good service Only that we found it noisy because of several large group events happening in hotel over the week |

Good breakfast. We surprisingly had a nice apartment with a kitchenette. Not in the city, but you could easily reach Mainz by bus (although it's not so frequent). |

We were just passing through the area, so just stayed the one night. Clean and tidy but beds uncomfortable. Picturesque location with vineyards all around and the River Mosel just at the bottom of the hill. Not much English spoken, if any. Only took breakfast at the hotel, had our evening meal down near the river for half the price! |

Optisch außen und innen sehr hübsch, tolle Deko, sehr romantisch. Auch die Lage unterhalb eines Weinberges. Das Personal scheint gut geschult und ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. (Frühstück konnte ich leider nicht ausprobieren, da wir morgens nicht schnell genug ausgehfertig waren.) Lediglich kleine Abzüge in der "B-Note". Es gab keine Seife im Badezimmer, ausserdem war das in der Buchung erbetene Babybett nicht auf dem Zimmer (vielleicht auch in der Internet-Buchung untergegangen....). Eine kleine böse Überraschung war dass in der Nacht der Aufzug nicht zugänglich war und ich den Kinderwagen in die erste Etage tragen musste. |

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, nicht allzu weit von der Koblenzer Innenstadt entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, sehr gut waren die frisch zubereiteten Rühreier, nicht so toll die aufgebacken wirkenden Brötchen. ich war im älteren Teil untergebracht, hatte ein Zimmer mit Dachschräge. Die Beleuchtung, vor allem im Badezimmer, war ziemlich duster. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. |

la habitacion era muy calurosa y el servicio para el desayuno excesivamente lento: pedias un cafe y tardaban un siglo. No esta bien relacionado calidad/precio, hemos estado en otros hoteles en el rhin muchisimo mejores y mucho mas baratos. |
