Nice view.

Service at the restaurant was terrible. Waiter was inattentive and at times just plain rude. We had to convince him to let us sit at a table with a nice view even though there were two unoccupied the whole night. He took our orders and we didn't see him for nearly two hours before he plopped down our appetizer then quickly went off without leaving us any napkins or cutlery to eat with, let alone the opportunity to order something to drink. I like a long leisurely dinner, but sitting at a restaurant for two hours with nothing to eat or drink is unacceptable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the management, they used the lame excuse that the waiter's English was poor, but that's no excuse for such bad service. The least they could've done was apologized but instead they acted as if I had no right to complain.

The staff were extremely kind, helpful and friendly. We arrived quite late in the evening and they were right in the throes of hosting a wedding reception, but were still extremely attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - albeit as a one night stopover en route back to Dunkerque for the ferry home. Our children have insisted that we book for a longer stay next year, if we are doing another cross-Europe trip!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location across the Mosel River from Luxemburg so easy access to three countries (Germany, France and Luxemburg). Family-friendly with a play room in the dining area.

The cleaning is a disaster, one day we had to wait until 7 pm before the room was cleaned and then first after we had told them that they had forgotten our room

Die Lage ist einfach bestechend

Das Haus ist nicht gut selbst organisiert.

Das Hotel hat eine Traumlage mit herrlichem Blick über das Moseltal. Luxemburg liegt auf der anderen Seite der Mosel und ist einen Ausflug wert.

Ich hatte anhand der Bilder im Internet etwas anderes erwartet und war dann etwas enttäuscht, als ichs ins Zimmer kam.

We zijn zeer tevreden en goed ontvangen en goed bediend lekker voor het ontbijt en zeer proper de kamer zeer proper goed voor de hondjes mooi uitzicht en gemakkelijk te berijken aan bevolen voor vacantie en te wandelen hartelijk bedankt voor de goede zorgen tot ziens de winne -ego zeedijk 172 bus 301 middelkerke 8430

Niets dat tegen gevallen is

Personal inkl. Chefin durchweg überfordert, Oberkellner arrogant (0 Sterne). Mageres Frühstücksbuffet: kein Obst, Keine Müsli, Kaffee und Teekännchen halbvoll, Frühstücksei kalt und hart (1 Stern). Ambiente nicht vorhanden (1 Stern), Haus sehr hellhörig, hinterlässt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck, Zimmer minimal möbliert, Bad ohne Steckdose, Barthaare der Vorgänger finden sich im Schlafbereich nahe der einzigen Steckdose (1 Stern). Terrasse mit schönen Ausblick (4 Sterne), allerdings hängen überall Spinnweben an der Belechtung, direkt über den Tischen, ich würde dort niemals essen.... War wohl früher eine gute Adresse... In der näheren Umgebung gibt es genug gute Lokale.

Der Blick auf die Mosel

Nachlässiger Zimmerservice, muffiger Geruch im Treppenaufgang, verschmutzte und abgenutzte Teppichböden, den Handtüchern im Bad war ihr hohes Alter deutlich anzusehen, sie hatten auch Löcher, Kein Vorleger im Bad, Kein Shampoo im Bad. Das Frühstücksbüffet war von wechselhafter Qualität. Die Leistung kann insgesamt als eher kümmerlich bewertet werden. Der Preis war dafür völlig überzogen. Wir waren nicht zufrieden. Eigene Erfahrungen mit vielen anderen Hotels erlauben mir diese Bwertung.

Het is een goed Hotel, mooi uitzicht op de moezel en de druivenranken, sfeervol, alleen hadden we iets meer verwacht van het ontbijt, die was wat beperkt voor de prijs die we betaald hadden, er waren alleen maar harde broodjes te krijgen, geen sneetjes bruin/wit geen gekookt eitje of iets dergelijks! zeker de moeite waard!!!!!!
