The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a large group and they helped us all get settled in. I highly recommend installing some type of ventialtion in the Disco. It was blazing hot! It was like dancing in a sauna. Still fun though. Great music great staff.

Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, ebenso das sehr gut bestückte Frühstücksbuffet Leider etwas abseits der Stadt und auf der Höhe, dadurch schlecht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel war sicher früher die 4 Sterne wert, jedoch kann man heute von einem 4 Sternen-Hotel mehr Ausstattung in den Zimmern erwarten, z.B. Flachbild-TV, alleinstehendes Bett, nicht an einer Seite an der Wand, etwas größerer Balkon usw.. Da passt der Preis nicht mehr. Allerdings war es in der Weinfest-Woche, da steigen alle Preise.

Der Empfang war freundlich und herzlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber relativ klein. Im WC/Bad - Bereich könnten noch Aufhängevorrichtungen für Hand- tücher angebracht werden. Das Büffett am Abend war sehr reichhaltig, gut vielfältig. Der Preis war allerdings sehr hoch, auch wenn man die musikalische Gestaltung mit einrechnet.

Nous aimons la tranquilité, la proximité de la forêt, la possibilité de visiter le village de Bernkastel, la piscine ainsi que le Spa. Le restaurant Kaminstube est très bien et le personnel très sympatique. Pour terminer sa soirée le "Palmengarten" (Dancing) est très agréable.

Situation géographique : quelque peu en dehors de la ville, avantageux si on aime le calme. Les membres du personnels sont sympathiques et la plupart comprend et parle l'anglais. La propreté est tout à fait correcte. Notre chambre était fort grande et nous pouvions jouir d'une terrasse et d'une tv écran plat. La nourriture - si elle était loin d'être immangeable - n'était pas au niveau que l'on peut espérer d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Si la situation géographique de l'hôtel est intéressante si l'on souhaite être au calme, elle constitue également un frein si l'on souhaite se priver de voiture durant le séjour.

Die gesamte Anlage und die ruhige Lage im Grünen hat uns gefallen. Beim Sonntagsfrühstück waren Raum und Service etwas überlastet. Frühstücksqualität aber sehr gut.

Das Schwimmbad ist superschön, ebenso die Duftgrotte. Außerdem war die Dame an der Rezeption wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Badewanne schien ein wenig zu rosten.

Ein schöner Ausblick vom Hochplateu auf Bernkastel. In die Stadt läuft man ca. 35 Minuten oder fährt mit dem Taxi die vier Kilometer wieder hoch. Für Randwanderer nicht so gut geeignet. Der Service im Restaurant war grottenschlecht, zunächst eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, Steak medium bestellt, es kam ein heftig durchgebratenes Stück. Weitere 20 Minuten gewartet, die Beilagen wurden nicht erneuert und das durch die Servicekraft umgestoßene Glas Wein ebenfalls nicht. Alles in Allem wenig professionell für ein 4-Sterne-Haus.

De stilte s nachts Het was heel ouwbollig, dringend aan renovatie toe, muffe geur, overwegend gepensioneerd publiek, er waren honden toegelaten, had een kamer voor niet rokers gevraagd en rokers kamer gekregen, ontbijtbuffet was matig, beetje oostblok sfeer

Lugnt läge, bra med parkering ! Personalen i receptionen var mycket servicevänlig ! Inget kylskåp eller safe-deposit på rummet. Något "slitet" i inredningen. Förvånad över att hotellet har FYRA stjärnor ??
