Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The food and service was excellent. We had an early flight and they made accomodations for us to eat early. Front desk staff very informative. Wish it was a warmer season so we could enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas. Many special touches. Room was on the small side. |

The spa facilities Didn't like the fact I booked two rooms at the same price, presuming they were the same rooms. Very disappointed as one was a large family room, with good seating areas and other tiny with no seating area. Complainant made to manager 8 euro was their discount, which I find very insulting. I don't think it is acceptable that it is advertised that they are the same price room and therefore you presume they are the same. Very disappointed with our stay. |

The hotel is immaculately clean. Most of the staff speak tourist English and several, including Oliver Meyer, speak excellent English. They are very friendly and accomodating. We wished for WiFi access in our room instead of just in the lobby. |

THe service was exceptional, the food was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The only thing is that when the weather is good there is so much to do elsewhere that - if u are only on a weekend break- there is not a lot of time to enjoy your wonderful facilities. So, we will be back! Thank you. |

De netheid van de kamers en de inrichting vanhet restaurent waren ok . De ligging is goed . Niet te dicht bij het centrum . Wij waren daar al eens geweest een 5 tal jaren terug . Wat opviel was dat het eten niet meer was zoals het geweest is . Kleine porties , Lange wachttijden tot er terug broodjes lagen ( 's avonds ) en het was ook niet altijd warm opgediend . Ik keer niet meer terug denk ik . |

Das Zimmer war großzügig. Die Lage im ruhigen Sehl war gegenüber der Hektik in der Altstadt von Cochem wohltuend. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr frisches Obst gewünscht. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen (insbesondere Saunabereich) könnten liebevoller gestaltet sein. |

Die Gesamterscheinung des Hotels, es war gemütlich, aber auch großzügig, und bot einen gewissen jedoch nicht übertriebenen Luxus, im Wintergarten zu frühstücken war sehr schön, Gruß Martina Buntzel Die Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück empfand ich als unaufmerksam. Ich musste mich immer selber melden und hinterherlaufen, wenn ich meinen Kaffee haben wollte oder noch nachbestellen wollte Gruß Martina Buntzel |

Sehr ruhiges und gut geführtes Hotel zum ausspannen mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Mosel ( Wenn man das richtige Zimmer bucht ) Wir durften einen Einblick in solche Zimmer machen. Leider haben wir im Nebenhaus gebucht. Hier gibt es keine Ausicht auf die Mosel. Von einer Buchung im Nebenhaus würden wir abraten. Den Preis der Zimmer im Nebenhaus fanden wir nicht ganz angemessen. |

Wij vonden het erg leuk dat welkoms bordje op de deur,en de kamer vonden wij ook gezellig ingericht. In de minibar was weinig keus voor drinken, en er was geen hotel zeep of shampoo, wat in de meeste hotels wel is, gelukkig had ik het bij me. |
