Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Spacious room with wonderful outlook over Moselle. Staff were very helpful and polite - Lovely food in main restaurant and buffet breakfast was immensely enjoyable with a wide variety of choices. There was no tea/coffee making facility in our room despite there being a small kitchen area. Restaurant a bit pricey compared to other restaurants in the town. Overall 8/10 :-) |

Hotellet ligger pragtfuldt ned til Mosel. Det har rummelige værelser og er velfungerende, og personalet er imødekommende og hjælpsomt. Der er mange forskelligartede udflugtsmål i området (byer, borge, vinproducenter, romerske levn m.m.) og fantastiske muligheder for at lære noget om områdets vine, vinhøst og -produktion. Endelig er hotellets parkeringskælder og elevator to store plusser. Det eneste minimale problem var, at det krævede noget tid at få vandhanerne indstillet sådan, at vandet havde en bade-/vaskevenlig temperatur. Gav man sig ikke lidt tid, var det enten meget varmt eller meget koldt. |

El pueblo es precioso. El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Excelente restaurante y desayuno. Preciosa vista. Estilo encantador. Nos tocoí una habitacuón en el anexo Villas en elk ãtico. La habitación es bonita pero incómod a por la inclinación del cielo. El baño es grande pero incómodo por el mismo motivo. Ademãs no ponen shampoo ni gorra de baño. Sólo jabón líquido, lo que no correspondes a la categorïa y precio del Hotel. |

Goed hotel. Fijn dat je gratis de auto kan parkeren in de parkeergarage. De boot naar Bernkastel Kues stopt voor de deur van het hotel en vaart er 2 uur over Alleen jammer dat op vrijdag en er meer mensen in het hotel waren er geen luxe koffiebroodjes en croisants bij het ontbijtbuffet waren. |

Store rom og fellesarealer. meget god frokost og flott restaurant. Sitt gjerne ute på terassen og nyt utsikten til mosel gjennom trærne. Spis på hotellet, du får det ikke bedre i byen. |

vrij zakelijke inrichting en organisatie.Voor mij was dat geen enkel probleem omdat het hotel gebruikt werd als vertrekpunt voor activiteiten in de buurt.In het hotel werd alleen geslapen en gegeten. |

Personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en dacht met onze wensen mee. Gezellig hotel en mooie ligging. Suite met balkon en uitzicht over de moezel was prachtig. Goed ontbijt. Ook diner 's avonds goed. Uitstekende moezelwijnen. |

Gesamtanlage, Servicepersonal Spartanische Ausstattung der sogenannten Juniorsuite. Total veraltete Warmwasserversorgung: statt mit einer Mischbatterie muss man in zeitraubendem Verfahren die Temperatur durch sensiblen Umgang mit zwei Wasserhähnen versuchen einzustellen. |

Sehr frreundlicher Service. Das Essen war gut. Das Hotel ist unmittelbar an der Mosel gelegen, von einigen Zimmern hat man einen Blick auf den Fluß. Einige der Zimmer sind riesig, mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Eßecke, Bad. Wir waren dort mit der ganzen Familie (achtzigjährige Eltern, ihre vier Kinder, vier Enkel im Alter zwischen 2 und 20 Jahren) und es war für alle ein schönes Wochenende. |
