Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz  

δεν ηταν η πρώτη φορά που μέναμε στο Motel One. ειχαμε ξαναμείνει στην ίδια αλυσίδα ξενοδοχείου και στο μόναχο οπότε ξέραμε τι ακριβώς θα συναντήσουμε. το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικά κομβικό σημείο στο βερολίνο στην πλατεία Alexanderplatz, πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις μετρό και λεοφωρείων, με πολύ μοντέρνο ντιζάιν και πολύ καλό πρωινό στην τιμή των 7,50 ευρώ.

τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά μικρά. επίσης θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο καθώς και σαπούνι χεριών στο μπάνιο.

Modern, very clean, good value hotel. Nice open square with restaurants/bars about 500m up the road from hotel (nr Hachermarkt Stn). Beware - you need to book a trip up to Bundestaag dome online, at least 3 days ahead of your visit.

Strange bed set-up. Irrespective of whether you book a Double or a Twin, you'll end up with two single beds pushed together, and which are on a joined base, so can't be split. It must annoy everyone.

It is really in a great location: close to both Alexander Platz and Hackescher Markt. The rooms and the hall are beautiful. There is air conditioning and rooms are soundproof.

The breakfast is quite plain considering the hotel and the 7.50 euros cost. I went to the nice place on the on the other side of the road.

Great location. Extremely accommodating staff. Great breakfast (extra charge but worth it). Air Conditioning. Most of all - soft toilet paper. It may sound strange but everywhere in Germany the toilet paper is like rough paper towels. I didn't think anyone had soft North American style toilet paper but Motel One had it!

No phones in the rooms for wake-up calls, but can get an alarm clock from the front desk for a 10 E deposit.

Went there for a lads weekend. Location was super for bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient. Other guests seemed happy with their hotel choice too. A very good comfortable well located base to explore Berlin.

Great area to be in Berlin. Two blocks from Alexanderplatz, next to a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. It's even possible to view great samples of Berlin's famous street art just crossing the street. The room is quite big, the beds are confortable and so is the bathroom. Mostly, it was great to stay there for two reasons, the locations, because Berlin is kind of spread out, but here you are very well located (even close to all public transportation) and the price was very good either. They had wi-fi for free in the lobby for the guests who didn't book rooms with breakfast like me, but it was good enough.

I guess they could have a mini bar in the room. Also, the service was not always very good at the reception/bar because the same people were both receptionist and barman/woman. One last thing, they could have more eating options at the hotel lobby, they only have some portions of sandwiches.

Quite small but very comfortable room, frendly staff and very good location.

Localization is perfect!

The location of the hotel was excellent! Good connections to the airport just around the corner, U-bahn and S-bahn-stations next to the hotel. Quiet, simple, clean rooms. The breakfast was very good!

The air-condition didn´t work properly.

Very new, clean & comfortable. Excellent location 4 mins walk from station and numerous restaurants. Next to railway but no noise if window kept closed. Only 2 stars but felt like 3 star. Similar quality to Holiday Inn etc. Excellent beakfast for 7.50 euros per person. Excellent value for money.

Air con not working so uncomfortably hot at night. Opening the window was not an option as the railway was very close and busy.

The location.

The heating was not working in my room and even if I notified the staff, nothing changed. Soundproof was very poor, you should be luckly with your neighbours. Overall it's just a two star hotel,it's not worthy 89 euros/night during week. On top prepare to pay at the beginning of your stay for services you did not receive yet.

Simple but very clean rooms. Central location and perfect for a city trip.
