lack of safe none in the room & no access in hotel to safe, no mirror by desk in room & no soap in room

The room was really cold and the heating system didn't work at all. There was an electricity current around the room. When you touched the door or something metal you had a short electric shock.

Nothing!! Some people may not like facing out over the train tracks, but it didn't bother us at all; we didn't find it noisy.

Perfect location, with a perfect restaurant (spreegold) on the corner next to it. Nice stuff, good rooms, the Tegel Airport bus just drops you 3 minutes away from the hotel. Nice design. Good value for money. Next time I would like to stay here again.

Reasonable price, good location, clean rooms.

The shower kept going from a nice temperature to boiling hot on a regular cycle every few minutes. Made it hard to enjoy a shower, especially with a young child, as it's dangerous.

Basic town hotel next Alexanderplatz

Although I had made ​​a booking room and parking place 1 ½ months earlier, I do not have parking spaces when I arrived. The hotel told me that I should have been in contact with them separately in order to reserve parking space. The lack of parking space was the staff's view, entirely my own fault.

That after stay I had to beg to leave my luggage for few more hours, my flight was on evening, and I did not want to walk in streets with my stuff

The location is just perfect, at 5 min walk from Alexanderplatz where you can take a bus, a train, the tram, the Subway or the S Bahn...so really a timesaver when you wish to visit the town. Alexa shopping mall very close, very friendly area, nice shops around, soundproof windows so no noise even if you face the railways.

but the view is not good especially in front of hotel.looks shabby and dirty. No internet in room and we have to pay extra cost for internet. I dont know why its different with motel one in wien, austria. They gave free internet in room. One more thing, woman staff(receptions) were not friendly and they have to act as bar tenders, so they looked so busy to handle 2 jobs in the same time.

The room we were staying in was clean and quiet. Space was limited as in most European hotels, but adequate to accommodate our small bags. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for a quiet room (one side of the hotel faces S-bahn). Price of the hotel was reasonable, breakfast, which included one in-room connection of wi-fi, was 7.50 Euro per person/day was good - fresh breads, cheese, salami, yogurt, cereal and hot and cold drinks. Location is in formal East Berlin so the surroundings are not as great, but there are shopping malls and restaurants around and just a few hundred meters walk to the river, Museums and the famous Unter Den Linden street.

The travelers that arrive in Berlin by train might choose to stay in Motel One by the railway station. It is a better location if you want to walk around to the sights.
