It was clean and simple. The service was very good. There was no hand rail in the bathroom/ shower. The entrance door to the room was very heavy. There was no telephone in the room/ hotel. |

Very good place, 200 metres from the local bus stops, 300 metres from Alexanderplatz railway and metro station and departement stores. The room was on the backyard side and it was very silent. We liked it. The hotel has very modern style and modern furnitures. Clean hotel. The breakfast (with extra cost) was good. Good value for our money. |

Well located, really close to Alexanderplatz. Nice design, ideally for a weekend in Berlin. Gay friendly. I think that price could be a little bit lower or that breakfast should be included. |

I thought the whole hotel was excellent, clean and the bar was great value. Superb location made the trip We booked 4 twin rooms but when we arrived at the hotel were given 4 doubles. As a group of males this did not go down very well. A friend did complain at the desk and was told nothing could be done on day of arrival and to come back tomorrow to see if they could do anything more. In the end we didn't bother. |

staff very helpful. Rooms very clean. Breakfasy good value Better hanging space for clothes a wardrobe instead of a pole to hang things on, but rooms small so would be difficult to fit it in. |

Appreciate the clean functional rooms (e.g. no phones - who uses them?). Appreciate the free internet in the common room. Appreciate the friendly staff. The location is excellent - close to shops at Alexanderplatz (the train station and the shopping area) but close to Hackescher Markt too. There was nothing at this hotel that annoyed me. |

Very good choice, nice design hotel, not expensive, value for money and top neighbourhood. In front of the railroad tracks, but you don't hear the trains, and you get a superb view on the TV tower nearby. Small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast ok for 7.5 euro but nothing special. You can also have excellent frühstück in the restaurants around Schönhauserstrasse. Friendly staff. Cheap hotel bar ! not really. For the price it's an excellent choice. |

It was just what I needed: an affordable place close to everything in Berlin. In hotels I don't like to pay for conference facilities, gym, swimming pool etc, because I never use them. In Motel One you don't have to pay for them because they don't exist. The bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast at the lobby was quite noisy and wasn't a very relaxing experience. |

We liked it's situation, near to Alexander Platz station etc and was therefore it was very easy to walk to the various sights of interest. Although near to the train lines, there was no disturbance. No wardrobe space |

Central location. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast - very impressive for 7.50. lovely lounge area and fires on tv in rooms. Well appointed but small rooms. No tea and coffee making facilities but what do you expect from a 2 *? |

Very comfortable bed. Lighting in room over the full length mirror was awful! Railway was noisy. If I booked again I would insist on a room away from the railway. |

location was fantastic as were the efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel itself is beautiful and so close to everything we walked everywhere seats in the lobby were not comfortable for eating breakfast but that is really a small comment! |

Location.Staff v helpful. Public transport outside hotel door. TV 'fire'! lovely as it was cold outside. Breakfast v good value. The rooms are small, would have liked armchair & more space to hang clothes. But we got over this as only staying 3 nights |
