Loistava sijainti. Huone sisäpihan suuntaan oli rauhallinen. Uudet ja modernit tilat. Varauksen yhteydessä luvattiin pysäköintimahdollisuus, mutta paikanpäällä ilmoitettiin, että parkkihallissa ei olekaan tilaa (hotellilla paikkoja vain 18 autolle vs yli 100 huonetta). Alexanderplatzilla tämä oli iso ongelma. Maksuton internet yhteys huoneissa olisi ollut kiva plussa näin modernissa hotellissa - loungessa tosin langaton oli käytössä maksutta. |

Loistava hinta-laatusuhde, sisustus ja brändin ulottaminen ihan kaikkeen, henkilökunnan palvelukyky ja halu, hotellin sijainti, hyvä sänky Roskikset puuttuvat sekä huoneesta (vain kylpyhuoneessa) että lobbysta, kylpyhuoneen suihku valuttaa väkisin vettä lattialle (=epämiellyttävää huonekaverille), huonepalvelulla ei ole listaa varatuista/tyhjistä huoneista = siivous haluttaisiin tehdä kun vieraat ovat vielä nukkumassa :o) |

The helpfulness and friendleness of the staff, the very good and spotless facilities and the ideal situation from which to visit and tour Berlin. Of particular interest and value was the promixity to Museum Island and the surrounding areas. |

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, the athmosphere was relaxed and the breakfast for 7,50e was really good value, I stay there again if I was passing that way. Only 1 computer for checking emails (which you paid for), I would say that if they had a small area with 2 or 3 computers offering free internet to guests that would be a nice extra *(the Radisson and others offer this), best I encountered was at the sas Radisson near the airport in Istanbul....*(small but nice extra) !! |

Motel One was convenient to everything necessary. The hotel was extremely close to my favorite department store (Kaufhof), the Alexanderplatz train station, & the bus route to Tegel airport. The continuously running tropical fish video on the room's tv compensated for the room's stark furnishings. I did not see a telephone in the room. |

The hotel was central and suited the needs of my visit to Berlin. I liked the informal one area for every purpose. The fact that I could not open the window as rail /traffic noise was too much. |

Courteous, friendly staff; very clean hotel; good location; great price. On the first day the cleaning service came to the room, when it wasn't required, but did not come back (with fresh towels or toilet-paper) for the rest of the weekend. |

Good breakfast, comfortable clean room We specifically requested on the booking form for our rooms not to overlook the railway. The request was ignored and we were consequently woken early by the passing trains. |

great location small room with no storage area! No wardrobe to hang clothes so only suitable for short stay really. this did not suit us as we were there for 1 week. also, we had a problem with the fan in our bathroom, we spoke to reception on 3 seperate occasions about this but it was never resolved, nobody came back to speak to us about it. and we just got fed up complaining |

it is close to the Alexanderplatz station, with Ubahn, S-bahn, bus NO100 and No200 by the side. It is also pratical for shopping, there is even a bus to go to the Tegel Airport. the breakfast should be better and with some changement from day to day. |
