Free wifi dans le lounge mais pas dans la chambre !!!!!! pourquoi?????

La propreté de la chambre et l'isolation phonique. La liberté lors du petit déjeûner. Le service gardiennage des bagages

L'absence de téléphone dans la chambre et donc l'imposibilité de se faire réveiller par téléphone, sinon si j'ai bien compris de se faire appeler sur son portable moyennant un coût de communication supplémentaire.

My mother was in the group and she is 85 with limited mobility. The hotel is very conveinient to visit shops and also to access the rail network to visit relations in Potsdam.

I asked for a room for my Mother near the lift and room 512 was allocated unfortunatley this did not have grab handles in the shower room and the toilet was a little high for her to sit on easily. My wife and I were allocated room 312 on the 3rd floor. On arrival we asked for a room on the same floor but there was no flexability to allow this even though we stayed for 4 nights, which I found strange and inconveienient (especially as there are no phones in the room). Room 312 is small for two people, my neice booked up just a week ahead and had room 124 which was much larger and would have been better suited for a couple. Other issues are the lack of in room phones and some seating in the dining area is dificult for the elderly, too low

The location is dynamite, and despite being next to the s-bahn tracks, the soundproofing works: I never heard a train as long as the windows were closed.

I realized when I got back to my room at 10pm that it was really hot in my room, and other than opening the windows, there appeared to be no way to cool my room. Had I not been leaving at 3:30am to catch a plane, I would have complained to the front desk.

The Staff.. - the Rooms.. - the Location.. - the Breakfast..

Lovely contemporary hotel, no problem with train noise, as reported by other guests. Convenient for S Bahn both from airport (S9) and around Berlin. Clean rooms, a little on small side but comfortable with modern furnishings. Towels changed daily. Will stay there again.

Perfect position close Zoologische garten S bahn/train station. Very near to Kurfürstendamm street.

Very nice design hotel with large very clean rooms, good breakfast,though its situated next to railways inside the room was very calm

The shower was nice. Breakfast was not included but offered by the motel and the breakfast buffet was acceptable.

Too many to mention; however, I'll give it a shot. First, we asked for an extra bed to be taken out of the room. A hotel attendant visited the room.... Without knocking, simply walked in the room. He excused himself and left, and the bed was still in the room!! Second, there was no alarm clock, no phone, no fridge, no iron, no way of contacting the front desk (reception) without going to reception (or calling from a cell phone), and worse, the fire alarm went off at 0140 am for a couple of minutes. The hotel staff simply said, "we are sorry, it was a failure of the system." We booked a family room with two double beds and upon arrival, we were told that the family rooms were overbooked and offered a smaller room. Never again!!

I think that this motel is much better choice than some youth hostels, price for this standard room is similar to them. Good communicated , close to station, nice rooms with little bathroom, it suites me enough.

Not always working air conditioning. It was stuffy in the night and opening window wasn't good solution becouse of train station neighbourhood.
