Понравилось всё. Место расположения прекрасное. В свой следующий приезд снова остановлюсь в этом отеле. Отель и так недешёвый, а завтрак ещё за отдельную плату. |

удобное место положение (вокзал Zoo, метро, супермаркет), в отеле очень чисто, просторно, хороший ремонт, номер большой, светлый, хорошо отделан и оборудован. |

I think that this motel is much better choice than some youth hostels, price for this standard room is similar to them. Good communicated , close to station, nice rooms with little bathroom, it suites me enough. Not always working air conditioning. It was stuffy in the night and opening window wasn't good solution becouse of train station neighbourhood. |

the location and the windows that really were soundproof the staff was unfriendly and the hotel makes better impression that how it is in reality |

Relaxed and helpful staff. In-room tropical aquarium with relaxing sounds via TV screen as soon as you plug in your keycard in the holder. General boutique look and feel of the hotel, rooms and lobby area. One wing is at the side of a quiet back-alley, the other however is next to the rail tracks. If you are a light sleeper this can be annoying. |

Clean, rooms overall, breakfast. Reservation - I reserved twin beds in reservation but the room was not immeaditely available even if that was specially asked from staff when checking in. Room neededtgo be changed after first offer of wrong room type. Overall the staff was inexperienced and really slow and ineffective. |

The hotel is in a central location, excellent for arrival from the airport or access to all buses and metro. My room looked over the rail tracks, but double windows reduced the noise considerably. The room had a modern flair and the bed was very comfortable. Good value. Friendly staff. Amazingly, there is no phone or clock or radio (except by TV) in the room. The exterior of the hotel is not appealing. |

Breakfast was very rich, but expensive. TV in room with DVD/CD player was very nice surprice. Very loud room, because railway station is oposit window. |

Personnel was really nice and friendly. Hotel was nice, all very new and stylish. Breakfast was adequate and offered as an option when arriving. It lacked a proper cabinet/cupboard and a phone line. |

The hotel is in the middle of Berlin, very central. The stay was uncomplicated and nice. The breakfast was good, the other guests international, mixed, young and old. The staff was friendly.I would recommed this hotel without any resitation. the room was too small, no air to breaze.The breakfast service on the weekend was not good. Too many guests for 2 or 3 employees. During the week the service was good. |

Clean & modern. Great location near Zoo/Ku'damm. Nice, fresh breakfast buffet. Excellent value family (4) room. Room overlooked railway lines, but minimal noise. |

Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly and professional staff. Would like an earlier check in possibility. Our plane landed at 7:30 AM. We were very tired. We would like to check in before the 3:00 PM check in time when that is possible. We did get to check in a bit early, but it should have been easier....of course only if the room is available. |

Great location - new clean rooms - simple - excellent value. Would be nice to have a piece of soap in addition to the shmapoo/bath gel combo - also box of tissues. |

Nice beds, clean rooms and good breakfast. No wardrobe or drawers to put clothes in. Interior design a little bit tacky in my taste. |
