Overall well done - good place to stay.
Breakfast tables & a little over-priced.
Easy access to city center ,walk or public transport
The hotel itself is great. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is quite good, but costs extra.
Breakfast and parking are extra (7.5 and 9 euros respectively). Location is not bad, but a 15 min walk from the old town
Great location staff helpful really good trip to Dresden
gut location, quiet, modern design, very friendly, great breakfast
Good breakfast, clean room and bed, quiet room, 1.1k away from Dresden marathon start.
would be happier by having the ability of late check-out without having to pay 20 more euros. Other than that, all was fine.
Breakfast was amazing. Liked the design and layout also. This is no American Motel. It's a chic hotel.
People drinking in the courtyard late at night. Every room could hear them.
I liked the design of Motel One, very comfortable room with in a small space. The staff was very friendly and professional.
The room is a little bit small.
Perfect Location, Friendly Staff
Everything. Great location, kind staff and wonderful breakfast.
That there is no room enough to hang things.
Love the location (walkable distance to the city centre) and the hotel itself. Great breakfast for the money. Pretty good parking price 9 EUR/24 hours. Perfect personnel.
Although WiFi was free, signal wasn't strong enough in the room and I was not able to connect on my iPad.
Location to main tourist areas and street markets, Helpful Staff. Reasonably Priced
Breakfast set up, perhaps more tables would be helpful.
Staff was super nice, beautiful decor, on site parking
hair dryer with security feature that cuts power off after less than 2 minutes, AC not really cold, rooms are quite small and no place to hang clothes
The breakfast buffet is only 7.50 euros per person. It may not offer as much as a 4-star hotel, but it's a great budget breakfast. The hotel design is modern and energetic. Lovely!
The hotel is a short walk from Dresden Neustadt station. It's in a quiet area. It'd be more convenient if it's close to HBF.
The hotel is close to the city center. Hotel staffs were very friendly.
This modern hotel conveys an attractive feeling of space and calm and provides an excellent standard of service, comfort and efficiency. The staff performs with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
The hotel's advertising material should draw attention to the underground parking facilities and the availability of a direct lift to the hotel's reception . As a tired traveller from abroad I had no idea where to park and where to unload only to be told in no uncertain terms that it was VERBOTEN !! to park within the hotel's inner court where I had left my car for just a few minutes to make my enquiries at the desk Excellent service after that.
Not enough towels.
This is a great jumping off point for exploring Dresden. It's location is easy walking distance from the historic heart of the city and we found convenient parking nearby at a reasonable price (there weren't any more spots available at the hotel). The staff were friendly and our room was clean and modern, a little small but fine for a night or two. The breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options! Other reviewers complained about the lobby doubling as the breakfast room and while it's true it wasn't ideal, it was just fine. Oh, and the towels were a standout - soft and nice smelling, perfect!
This hotel is comfortable and clean, but doesn't have much character - more trendy than boutique.
No tissues in room.
New hotel. Room small, but very nicely decorated and with a very good bed.
Breakfast lacking good and healthy food.
Excellent Breakfast. Comfortable Bed
Location and staff
Rooms have no telephones, there's no soap in the toilets, no paper tissues except in the toilets and the wi fi signal is so poor.
Good location in Neustadt. Tram station just outside. 3 stops to old city centre. Underground parking space (it was full in my case) and also easy parking at the quiet streets around the hotel with just 3€/day. Polite staff.Nice lounge area. Excellent WiFi. Delicious toasts from the bar.Clean and modern room.
Room very small.Bathroom satisfactory.Good for a short stay.Anyway Dresden needs just one or maximum 2 days visit.
Clean and quiet hotel, near to the old city center, public parking, tram stop, and sightseeing bus stop are located extremely adjacent to.
Breakfast area are located in the lobby hall
cleanliness, value for money, great croissants and soft boiled eggs at breakfast
Rooms were well fitted out but a bit small
