The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The room facilities are pretty basic, in particular the absence of the phone is notable. |

the location was convenient for the business trip that brought us to Frankfurt. the tram line outside the motel is also a plus. i know it's a budget hotel, but do wish the rooms had telephones. i also wish the internet which is free in the lobby was also free in the rooms. |

The Motel One Frankfurt is great. While it does not have a millions amenities it is very affordable, and provides excellent service for the price. The hotel is situated directly across the street from a tram line that goes both to the touristic center of Frankfurt as well as the Messe (convention all) so while it is a little outside the city, it isn't inconvienient at all. |

good bed, relatively easy commute into town, relatively quiet room, good price no phone in the room, a bit noisy on the big street, very little storage space in the room |

Modern style lounge/rooms, very tidy, convenient parking, internet, excellent value for the rates. Reception staff was serving at the bar as well. Asked to wait for service due to shift change, but did not note the new shift. Somewhat unenthusiastic attitude towards the bar service - a bit surprising contrast to good reception attitude perceived. |

Price, room Non-smoking room smelt like a room for smokers. Seating for breakfast is a bit too modern; would prefer a chair. |

The hotel was exactly what we needed, and more, for our trip, which was basically a place to stay at night. It was close to city and on a tram line. For what we paid it was very comfortable and had modern, funky decor. If you're looking for a view it's not for you. It didn't bother us but we were overlooking an Audi dealer. There was also no wardrobe but there was a hanger rail. Once again, this didn't bother us but may have been an issue if we had more luggage. |

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. The staff where rude and didnt accomadate us what so ever! I would never return to this hotel as I have never been so ill treated ! Non- smoking rooms, could not relax as a large group in the smoking area as we were constantly made feel un-wanted by staff for making noise.! The rooms were very small even for a queen size rooms and the service was appauling ! not recommended for young travellers! |

We reserved room for 8 nights. We arrived at hotel about 7 a.m. But the front staff she did not allow us to check in until noon. Even she know that there are some available rooms. Some days in room have towel only 2 pcs.(normal 5 pcs.) |

Friendly and efficient reception. Very good directions given by staff to get to city venues by tram which stops at doorstep and nearby Metro. Excellent free breakfast. Near Supermarket and lots of Cafe - Restaurant - Ethnic food. Quiet and clean. Large room with big bed Internet expensive, no coffee making kettle in room. |

Pese a que es un motel, es equiparable a un hotel de 3***. Tiene un restaurante cercano que nos recomendaron en el hotel que se llama VAPIANO,muy bueno relacion calidad-precio. Cuando llegue al hotel pregunte como llegar al recinto ferial y ademas de explicarmelo con claridad y muy amablemente, tambien se permitio el lujo de explicarme que de vuelta al hotel podriamos pasar por la iglesia y la parte antigua de frankfurt, ese detalle me gusto mucho. Esta un poco a las afueras de la ciudad, pero como no es muy grande la ciudad estas en el centro en 10 min en tranvia. |
