Breakfast was simple but ok. Internet was expensive if you use there 2 internet computers. Take a laptop for free access. I thought I paid on the booking.com site but they charged me for the room when I got there. The had a hard time finding my reservation and no early check in from my overseas flight. |

Very friendly hotel staff. Easy to find it. Easy to use the public transportation, and good breakfast. Parking was ok ( 8 Euro/day ). |

The facilities and the ambiance of the hotel were way better than expected!!! The hotel is in the suburbs, you can easily get there by tram. I would recommend it to travellers who stay in Frankfurt for a couple of nights. Staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. |
