Everything was correct. Friendly staff. Wifi is free in the lobby, but was difficult to set-up. I got free Wifi for the room as compensation :) Cool Design, clean rooms, Breakfast tiny bit to expensive, but it is all you can eat with good coffee and juices, so its ok again! There are free parkings in the street, i did not use the 5€ underground of the hotel. setting up the wifi takes time, but once it works it is fast

Nice design in colors and furniture and good quality breakfast The shower cabin`s floor is extremely slippery, I found it very very dangerous! Wrong construction

Modern, clean rooms. Spacious lounge area, overall good value for money. Location - quite far from city although local bus stop right outside hotel (which on the other hand makes the rooms facing the street quite noisy).

Really liked it. Location worked for us. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is very very friendly. Breakfast is delicious, loads of choices and can't be beat. Noise from Kieler Strasse can't be heard through superior windows. Although the rooms were very nice and tidy, my room was on the ground floor facing Kieler Strasse. The hotel is lit at night by spotlights which shone into my room. Unfortunately, there are no black-out blinds, so sleeping without a sleep mask was not possible.

Almost new hotel, very stylish, but style was the priority. No comfortable chair or reading light in room. Very good breakfast buffet. Great value, but location is inconvenient to downtown or to restaurants.

The hotel was very modern and good value for the price. It's a bit basic - no phone or fridge in the room, no laundry service etc - but that was fine as I was only needing to sleep there and didn't spend much time in the room. The breakfast was good value at 7.50euros and was delicious! Breakfast includes 24 hours free wi-fi which also came in handy. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing - a good place to wind down with a beer after a days sightseeing. Most of the guests seemed to be business travellers. It's on a main road in a suburban area, but there are a few places to eat not very far away, a bus stop out the front and the UBahn station about 10 minutes walk away, so the location is quite good. It's not too far from the airport, about 20-30 minutes in a taxi.

Die Moderne Einrichtung. Sehr bequemes Bett. Hochwertiges Fernsehgerät. Sehr freundliches Personal! Das man sofort bei Ankunft bezahlen muss. Diese Erfahrung habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel gemacht. Hier hat der Kunde sofort das gefühl, man würde ihm nicht trauen. Da dieses in anderen Hotels generell erst bei der Abreise erfolgt, möchte ich Ihnen empfehlen auch darüber nachzudenken. So startet Ihr Kunde nicht gleich mit dem Gefühl des Mistrauens!

- Sauberkeit - einheitliches Design - Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit - Tiefgarage für nur 5,- € pro Tag. Sogar als wir erst nach 18 Std. ausgefahren sind, wurde uns nichts zusätzlich berechnet! - Frühstück kostet nur 7,50 €. Über die Qualität können wir allerdings keine Aussage treffen, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten Alles super! Wenn alle Motel One-Hotels so sind, kann man mit einer Buchung nichts falsch machen.

Design, Einrichtung, Farben, Zimmer Gestaltung, Wahl der TV Marke (Löwe). Die Betten sind etwas zu hart und auch die Bettwäsche ist zu stark mit Reinigungsmitteln gestärkt. Die Tiefgarage ist Architektonisch eine Katastrophe. Es ist nicht nur sehr unbequem mit einer Limousine (Audi A6 Avant) dort einzufahren, auch die Parkplatz Verfügbarkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Da ist Handlungsbedarf.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Die Lage ist generell gut.Busverbindung ist vor der Tür- allerdings muss man schon einige Minuten in Kauf nehmen,um nach HH Rathaus zu gelangen...aber nur ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen

Das Design und der Komfort auf minimalem Platz. Die Matrazen waren sehr gut denn ich hatte keine Rückenprobleme. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber mit grossem Wohlfühlerlebnis. Nahe zur U Bahn. Einfach schön!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, vor allem Marie Raabe, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und Ordentlich und im tollen Design, für diesen Preis klasse. Der Obstsalat beim Frühstück der kann nichts, aber annsonsten war das Frühstück gut.
