das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr lecker. Für den Preis ist das Hotel absolut in Ordnung Einzig die Lage ist nicht so schön, da die Kieler Straße sehr stark befahren ist.

Die Raumaufteilung/kunstoffwaschbecken im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind zu hellhörig, die Tür zum Flur ist nicht Schallisoliert/ man hört alles auf dem Flur. Preiszuschlag wegen Marathon ist unangemessen. Die Lobby wirkt abends wie eine Bahnhofshalle.

Ein Computerausfall beim Einchecken,aber die Wartezeit wurde durch Gratisgetränk überbrückt .Die Lage war für uns optimal.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Das Zimmer war klein , aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. Alles vorhanden ,wenn auch spärlich. Schrank fehlt, aber viele Bügel zum Aufhängen .Wir würden wieder dort übernachten. Ein Duschtuch fehlte im Zimmer. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig,wenn der Partner noch schlafen möchte.Der Frühstücksbereich ( one lounge) war etwas hektisch und voll, (allerdings waren 2 Busse kurz vor der Abreise !!),deshalb unübersichtlich und laut. Es hatte was von Kantinencharakter. Das Angebot an Speisen war allerdings wirklich ausreichend . Leckere Croissants.Diverse Kaffeesorten am Heissgetränkeautomation in Selbstbedienung.

Die zentrale Lage, der Service war toll, Preis/Leistung war in Ordnung. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren bei der Anreise schwer zu finden. Frühstück musste extra gebucht werden.

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen!!! Für mich war die Matratze etwas zu hart, aber das ist ja individuell verschieden. Mein Mann fand sie prima.

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm, die Zimmer schön und entsprechend ausgestattet. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Da gibt es gar nichts!

Alle Motel-One`s sind einfach, aber chic ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis stimmt definitiv. Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht in Ordnung. Obwohl es draußen ca. 7° kühl war, wurde es im Zimmer ziemlich warm. Da Silvester war und wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatten, wollten wir natürlich kein Fenster aufmachen!

Prima uitgebreid ontbijt, werd steeds op tijd bijgevuld. Leuke lichte design kamer. Gemakkelijk met de S-Bahn naar het centrum. Receptie vermelde niet dat de S-Bahn- halte in een zijstraat was. Was dus even zoeken.

Formålet med turen var julemarked i Hamborg og da hotellet kun lå 10 min. gang fra s-toget og togturen ligeledes tog ca. 10 min. så var det perfekt. Og prisen kan man jo heller ikke klage over. Bestemt valuta for pengene. Dejlige moderne og meget rene værelser og morgenmadsbuffeten var også i orden. Det var et super dejligt hotel og helt sikkert ikke sidste gang vi benytter Motel One. Ingen restaurant men vi besøgte nabo hotellet.
