Good location and clean, simple room.

Entrance way faces busy road.

The parking ticket can not be used more than one gate-in or gate-out. In case to return back to the hotel for e-mail checking, every time need to stop by the reception to clear parking ticked; this is different from other Motel One's system.

Very good location surrounded with a lot of good restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent with a large choice. Showers were great Excellent location for sightseeing

No computer available for those without their own laptop.The staff couldn't even direct me to an internet cafe

Quite close to railway, harbor, shops. Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff.

Not a dislike but the provision of kettle/ teabags/ coffee would make it better. We have stayed in 11 different hotels in England, Germany & Denmark & all of the others had these things.

Nice hotel, 7 minutes walk from subway. 10 minutes walk to best shopping area "Neuer Wall" and many restaurants and cafe´s.

Easy breakfast, without any fancy dishes. Hard boiled eggs was the most exciting. Small rooms, but nice and clean. To small with two big suitcases and shopping bags. Could not put drinks on the room, had to pay in the bar.

Rather new building, clean and neat. Close to St. Michael Church, port area and Hamburg Museum. Good location.

WIFI speed not good.

The design was great and the people were friendly. The location was perfect for us. Little hideden gems like small closets behind the beds and beautiful bathroom mae a difference. 69 EUROS A NIGHT IS UNREAL FOR SUCH A NEW AND CLEAN SPOT.

We got a room without a view. Quiet, but no view.

The breakfast was superb, the location good, the rooms small and the shower had no facility to put your soap, shower gel etc. on.

Car parking was hard to find - had to make several calls to reception to get underground and then again to reception to get through barriers once underground. Very secure but a bit frustrating at the time. A very large hotel - breakfast time was a bit manic

Reception super quick response. smart guest treatment. Overall very practical

Design, Location, Service, Room quality. I forgot my Credit Card at reception, but receptionist came to the room, knocked the door (it was in about midnight) and left the sticker with message about the lost card. After the 20 minutes I got my card and found no unauthorised card usage. So, my money was safe, Personnel is very honest and responsible.

Electricity socket was a bit too far from the table so had to move the table to get my laptop connected.

Die zentrale Lage ist absolut genial. Ein Hotel an diesem Standort ist das, was man bei einer Städtereise braucht. Dazu guter Service, freundliches Personal. Alles zusammen eine runde und gute Sache!

Direkter Zugang durch die Tiefgarage - sehr wichtig: Adresse für das NAVI: Neuer Steinweg 18 in Hamburg. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage, ruhige und schallisolierte Zimmer. Moderne und ansprechende Innenarchitektur. Getränke & Snacks sind gut und ihren Preis wert.

Ansichtssache: für das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet steht der gesamte Eingangs-, Bar- und Empfangsbereich zur Verfügung; daher "viel Betrieb"
