Good concept: very good location, small but comfortable, recently refurbished room, Wifi in the lobby, value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. |

I thought the location of motel one was the best in Leipzig. The hotel is modern sylish and has excellent staff.I do not know why it only has 2 stars as it far superior to many 3 stars I have stayed in. |

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom had a hairdryer and room to move around. It would have been nice to have a bar of soap instead of liquid gel and tissues in the bathroom. |

The position of the Hotel was fantastic, right in the historic town centre, just what we wanted. Breakfast time was very hectic as there were a great number of business people the two days we were there, which also made the reception/breakfast area very noisy. |

After some rather dank and small rooms in various tourist hotels, this hotel came as a big and happy surprise. Right in the middle of town, on the pedestrian zone, filled with efforts to be modern, which the German architects and designers see more in term of what the place looks like than what it can provide in comfort. But no real complaint. Petty stuff, such as the absence of any bathroom hooks (modern pegs look fine, but can't hold a towel), no soap dish or any shelf space in the large shower -- a rather simple thing to fix up. No hooks in room for casual items. Spartan minimalism evidently equated with modernity. Breakfast was in the all-too-modern lobby, which meant that the space provided was filled with very low and uncomfortable small round tables and big uncomfortable low chairs -- too bad that the Bauhaus brigade who designed all this never either took a shower or had breakfast in the hotel. Otherwise just fine. |

The room and shower room are fairly small but well designed and attractive with air conditioning. The location is great - right opposite Nicholaikirche in the pedestrianised area but easy walk from the station. Excellent value. We had breakfast in the historic Cafe Richter just round the corner for about the same price as the hotel. We did not try the internet but I do not think it is still free. Not fond of turquoise. |

Just in the center of town, perfect view of Nikolaikirche though quiet and silent after 9 pm. Very good breakfast for extraprice in very cosy ambient. Modern design rooms, the ideal hotel to visit Leipzig! |

This hotel was brand new. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved the design. The room itself was a little small, but looked beautiful and was comfortable. Very modern. It was a short walk from the train station, and right in the middle of the old town of Leipzig. I was only here one night but would have happily stayed longer. The price for breakfast was overpriced. Found a great bakery a few doors down that fit more in my budget. |

All staff were polite and friendly, particularly patient with the fact that we spoke no German! The minimalist design was far more attractive than the on-line photos indicated. We slept well, which is unusual in a city, probably due to the location of the hotel in a pedestrianised zone. Unlike some previous visitors we enjoyed hearing the church bells! I would suggest that perhaps some bottled water could be left in the room, at least initially. We arrived very late in the evening after a hot journey and had to resort to the bar for refreshment!! I do however undestand that a hotel would prefer customers to do this. |

This is an excellent hotel close to the main railway station in Leipzig and close to everything you would want to see in the city. Excellent value for money, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to this city. |

The staff were absolutely fantastic -- warm and accommodating and efficient. Honestly, they made our trip to Leipzig a complete success -- helpful and gave great advice. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was tremendously comfortable, loved the air conditioning/ temp control. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Value for the money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. It advertised free internet, but there was only free internet connection in the lobby. In your rooms, you had to pay per hour -- I thought that was a bit sneaky. Room was a little small, but space was well-appointed and very comfortable otherwise. New and clean -- very nice. |

The hotel's location is excellent. You can easily find this hotel. The location is also great for shopping. Receptionists can speak English very well. Too less receptionists. Many guests had to wait in line for talking to a receptionist. WiFi is only free at the lounge. The maid didn't change the towels (for 5 days during my stay). Bathroom amenities can (must) be asked for at the reception. |

Clean, stylish budget hotel. Basic but well designed room, great shower. Buffet breakfast. Good central location, walking distance from main station. Breakfast a little bit expensive but is 'all you can eat'. Proximity to historic churches is great but some might like the early morning bells ringing. |

I liked everything: perfect location, design, friendly staff, but the cleaning was done in our room only once in 5 days - I think because we left the room after 12 p.m. Please watch over the maids to make all the rooms regularly. |

I think the hotel has a good service, a very nice and friendly staff works at the hotel. I really hope that we can stay at the hotel again next year when there is WGT festival. The breakfast was good to and it was a really fair price. Good coffee!!! Not really, I think it was excellent for the price! |
