Location Modern room Cleanliness Friendly staff
good location and clean room
Very clean and modern rooms with nice breakfast
no tea making facilities in the room
Location- 10min walk to ostbahnhof. Decor really nice.
Aircon isn't per room- just across whole building and I roasted during night and couldn't do anything about it. Also can't open window and street below is very noisy if window open.
with a tram and bus stop right outside the hotel and ostbahnhof 10 minute walk away this was just the perfect edge of city location. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.
nothing to disike!
Just €69 for a nice, comfortable and clean room. Fairly close to the Ostbahnhof. Tram and bus to the city centre stop just outside.
Some traffic noise from the street in the morning.
The parking place is quite convinent and the location is easy to get around.
There is not water boiler in the room, which is quite hard for people like us only drinks boiled water instead of tape water, no matter how hot it is...
I did not like the single duvet on the double bed
I liked the modern rooms which were immaculate.. A little bit small tho and lacking space for clothes etc...staff were excellent. Food and drink reasonably price. Fab location to Munchen ost/ostanbanhoff station. And 15mins door to door to Munchen central station. Hotel should provide clearer directions to hotel from Munich Central on their websites.
Rooms too small Lack of directions to hotel
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Ideal location for our needs (resturant /. Railway station).
No complaints at all
perfect location, near Munich Ost train station and tram/bus stops, friendly staff :)
Wi-Fi connection was poor and did not worked properly most of the time
Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast wide and comfortable dining room, good location near the second largest city station
The pre-paid concept. You do not loose time in the morning, waiting in line to check out.
The AC was not working at all, not even ventilation. Outside, it is quite noisy (railway, trams etc)so opening the window has its drawbacks. Although the WiFi signal was quite strong(business room on 6th floor and in lobby), the connection itself was very slow.
Cleanliness, good variety breakfast, conveniently located.
very small rooms with 'no-more-than-necessary' furniture.
- Location wise: the hotel is close to the train station, only if you do not have a heavy baggage to carry.
The toilet had an unpleasant scent. It would be nicer if slippers are provided.
Car Park. Plumbing.
Breakfast room. Sink with no plug!!
Nice clean room. Good breakfast.
Far from city centre (but easy to get there).
I liked how close the hotel was to the ostbahnhof
there wasnt anything i didnt like
good value for money and clean
breakfast too expensive
No Shower door or curtain as floor gets wet easily. Room is small.
Great location, fabulous breakfast
Room very warm and expensive, how's ever it was expected as it was Oktoberfest time in Munich
Interesting, how the ever similar design, in all those many cities and branches of motel one, still makes the stay somehow special, even small things like the "aquarium TV channel". Nice to come back to, and I definitely will do so...
Definitely they cut down on costs at the expense of understaffing. However, the staff, although definitely hard working, was always very friendly and helpful. My compliment to the individuals. The walls are a little thin. Gratefully, my neighbors knew how to behave. Bring along earplugs, just in case:)
