ειναι ενα μοντερνο, καθαρο ξενοδοχειο σε μικρη αποσταση απο την marienplatz και με ενα πολυ αξιοπρεπεσ πρωϊνο τα δωματια ειναι σχετικα μικρα αλλα μπορω να πω εργονομικα. επισησ η ελλειψη σαπουνιου χεριων στο μπανιο. ακομα και ενα ξενοδοχειο 2 αστερων θα μπορουσε να εχει καποιο σαπουνι. |

Μας άρεσε πολύ γιατί είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης,τα δωμάτιά του είναι απλά αλλά πολύ καθαρά και άνετα,το lobby ήταν πολύ ωραίο και μπορούσες να περάσεις άνετα το βράδυ σου πίνοντας ένα ποτέ με φίλους, το πρωϊνό και η φιλική εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. |

It was clean, the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is very modern, and the service was good. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was self service and there were queues for coffee etc |

AM staff was very abrupt when asked to check in early. Others were observed checking in before 3 PM. Later after sitting in lobby for several hours and watching we asked again and were allowed to check in. We knew all rooms could not be magically cleaned at 3 PM and that rooms were available. Afternoon staff was very nice |

Breakfast service was first class.It was buffet style and the staff continually refilled the food.Very friendly efficient service.Must make special mention of the staff in the bar.They were very friendly and the toasted sandwiches are fantastic The rooms could do with a safe to put your passport etc into for safe keeping rather than having to carry them around with you when sightseeing or shopping at the xmas markets |

Most convenient to U trains and short walk to Marienplatz. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly/helpful staff. Great value for the room rate. |

Friendly/helpful hotel staff; Good facilities that are essential nowadays (free WiFi in the lobby) The hot water ran out, and we think it was because we had turned down the room heating.Would have really appreciated a list of restraunts in the area, especially as some were really good. |

Excellently priced modern motel in a great location. There was also a breakfast buffet provided which was high quality with lots of fresh produce. |

Convenient location to shopping belt along Sendlinger and city central. It's only a stone's throw away from Sendlinger U-bahn. Hotel reception was in a mess when we arrived on 15 Oct 09, with staff scrambling to search for guests name manually on pieces of paper. We were told that their computer systems are down. They could not locate my booking as my name was erroneously mis-spelled in their maunal listing. I was shocked that they do not have records on our booking reference no. with Booking.com. It took them almost 25mins to eventually allocate my 2 rooms. |

Pretty central location, nice design. Breakfast didn't look too great so didn't pay for it. Busy busy hotel especially during check-in. I think they need more staff to handle the amount of people. Tiny room. Small desk, no steam 'sucker' in bathroom so room steamed up very quickly. No telephone in room. |

Very clean and close to old town and good restaurants - safe to walk to in the evening On our second morning, we did not have hot water in the shower. I lodged a complaint, but there was no compensation offerred. Also I specifically asked for parking to be reserved as that was an option given when we reserved, yet we had to leave our car blocks away in a public parking |

Great location and modern hotel. Unfortunately our door lock was very difficult to use and late at night it was very loud (probably had a lot to do with Oktoberfest and we were the room closest to the lounge/lobby). |

Staff did not seem very hospitable. Didn't seem to go out of the way to help with any requests such as (an extra pillow or making change for larger euros)- that was the only disappointment. |

The location was great being very near the city center and just steps away from a subway stop. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Anytime I approached the counter the front desk person acted as though I was some kind of nuisance. They barked for me to hold on a minute before I even opened my mouth. This occured numerous times - I was patiently, quietly waiting for them, and when they look up at me, they hastily and aggressively ask me to hold on for a bit. Further, almost every time I would approach the desk, the staff was never there. 3 of them would literally stand there just chatting about who knows what while I stood there patiently staring at them waiting for one of them to come help me. I felt like I was burdening them, interrupting their laziness. I will never go back. |
