não existe um telefone! a atendente me sugeriu que fosse à estação seguinte de trem, onde haveria um. nem mesmo para emergencias eles disponibilizam um! |

Free wifi in lobby. Good breakfast (fresh chopped fruit, boiled eggs). Public transport (U-Bahn) in front of hotel. Noisy street, but with window closed it is O.K. |

Modern, relatively new with nice atmosphere small but nice rooms. Internet free in the lobby (which is large and convenient), attentive staff. A very positive experience especially after Ibis type of hotels. |

Ultra contemporary hotel conveniently on tram line, very good breakfast, helpful staff. Very small, compact rooms - no shelves or drawer space. |

Staff was very helpful explaining trains and suggesting places to eat. Train to downtown right across the street and a few minutes to downtown. Rooms were clean, lounge was comfortable to hang out in. |

Very beautiful clean rooms, stylish design. The affable personnel, work quickly, accurately, harmoniously. There is a possibility of round-the-clock settlement. A good breakfast. The unsuccessful arrangement - nearby is not present restaurants and cafe, it is difficult to have supper. Very small parking, it is difficult to find a place. Expensive and slow Internet. |

We stayed in the hotel for a concert at Cannstatter Wasen. We received very good information about how to get at our place without even asking for it, very nice people at the reception. At night, there was only one bottle of prosecco available and no ice to make any cocktail. |

The cleaning staff starts way too early and simply opens doors without knocking. The mustachioed cleaning man got a good look at my post-shower junk thanks to his overzealous entrance to clean. |

The location and room rates were teh main reason I choose this hotel. Ther are no phones or alarm clocks in the rooms. It also had no refrigerator. I had to drink warm water during my stay... |

Industrial area so no shops or restuarants nearby a problem as only sandwiches available at hotel in evenings. No heating in bathroom so constantly smells of damp. Rooms small and basic but clean. Silly narrow duvets! Would recommend for short stay only! |

Our hotel experience was fantastic, we had a really great stay. The hotel was clean and new, reception was very helpful and the breakfast was great and only 6.50 eur. It's not in the city centre, but it is right across the street from the tramline and it takes 13 minutes to the main station. It's a great location if you are traveling by car, and the parking was free. There was one minor thing, the lift was kind of slow so we had to wait for almost 10 minutes once. |
