Husband is a classic motor racing fan which is why we chose this hotel. It is in what used to be the control tower and offices of the former race track. The north bank can still be seen. The tables of the restaurant all have old photos of racing from its heyday. The hotel itself is nothing special but very clean and the staff are very friendly. We did not want to drive into the city so we were able to leave the car at the hotel and take the very efficient S-bahn into town. The station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed 2 nights, had one nice evening meal there and the buffet breakfast each morning was very complete from bacon and eggs to fresh fruit and even smoked salmon!

Rather warm, no air conditioning but we slept nonetheless. The motorway is just outside but it didn't worry us. Others used to complete quiet at night might find it too noisy.

The room was unbearably hot during heat wave, a/c or fan would have made my stay perfect.

10 minutes walk to the ICC Congress Centre in a quiet location. Decent range of food and very good local German draught beer. Service is very prompt and portions are always generous. Staff are friendly and amusing at times!

This was the first time I stayed during the warmer months and the lack of AC was an issue on one very hot night. Otherwise it is not fair to complain about this motel which I use every time I am at the ICC Centre.

Liegt direkt in der nähe von der Autobahn/Landstraße. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit. Trotz der Umgebung konnten wir wirklich sehr gut einschlafen, wir haben nichts vom Straßenlärm mitbekommen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Von Lachs bis zu frischen Obstsalat und das für EUR 9,90!!

Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Obwohl direkt an der Autobahn gelegen kein Verkehrslärm zu hören! Supergutes Frühstücksbuffet! Gleich in der Nähe befinden sich U-Bahn und S-Bahn-Anschlüsse (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß)

La atención de alguna persona no tienen internet el nombre que tiene en fachada es motel avus y eso lleva a confusión porque yo buscaba Hotel und Rasthof avus y era lo mismo pero tuve que llamar. No hay ascensor!

Das preisleistungsverhältnis ist unfassbar gut, man muss auch beachten das es ein raststättenmotel ist und kein Hotel. Doch ich muss sagen das ich mich dort um einiges wohler gefühlt habe als in anderen Hotels. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant , das essen war sehr lecker und preisgünstig. Und das Hotel ist genau an einem S-Bahnhof gelegen, wodurch man sie gut in die zenren Berlins gelangt. Ich bin voll zufrieden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen ;-)

Sopi yhden yön lyhyeen majoitukseen hyvin sekä sijainniltaan että hinnaltaan. Aamiainen oli runsas ja hyvä. Ei luksusta, mutta siisti huone. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Liikenteen melu viereiseltä väylältä kuului selvästi huoneeseen.

Perfekte Lage bei Anreise mit dem Auto, kostenlose Parkplätze. Nette Mitarbeiter auch bei später Anreise ( nach 0.00 Uhr ), reichhaltiges und sehr leckeres Frühstück, günstiges und gutes Abendessen. S-Bahn in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, wenige Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof und Alex. Geschichtsträchtiges Flair des Hotels.

Leider hatte ich ein Raucherzimmer und es gab nichts anderes mehr.

Service war gut und das Frühstücksbüffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Bei der Ankunft sind wir unfreundlich empfangen worden und ziemlich schnell abgefertigt worden..hier Schlüssel und tschüss..naja aber das Zimmer war dann der Höhepunkt..die Betten dreckig und der Fußboden auch..ekelhaft..aber da noch der Zimmerservice im HUs war haben wir unsere Betten sofort neu bezogen bekommen.nochmal einen dank an das nette liebe Mädchen..ansonsten haben wir uns nur zum schlafen dort aufgehalten..trotzallem würden wir wieder Buchen, da das preisleistungsverhältniss gut ist..
