Motel Hamburg  

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, good and quiet location.

Their wireless network didn't cover all rooms.

Excellently situated for family visiting Hamburg to attend a wedding. A very comfortable, clean and friendly Motel. We would most certainly visit again and recommend its use to other people. For our purpose the Motel is ideally situated for our visit to our son who lives in Wiesingerweg.

Tea making facilities in the rooms would be most acceptable.

The décor is charmingly dated making for an authentic/flavourful stay. Rooms are small but perfectly fine for couples and a family with older children could easily share two rooms due to a shared hall door to the stairs. The central courtyard has beautiful mature trees and despite being a motel traffic noise was minimal. Great water pressure in the shower! Excellent parking facilities! Friendly service!

While German travellers will be used to asking for a non-smoking room, foreign travellers may get stung if they are not aware of Germany's rather liberal stance on smoking. The rooms are quite small, while not a problem for us it should be noted for other travellers. Also our double bed consisted of two single mattresses placed together in a pine bed frame, while not ideal it was still relatively comfortable but not something I would generally expect and I know a lot of couples who would complain about this.

I liked the way it is located, and charming humble stile where one feels comfortable and enjoying the flowers, and nice people.

Very slow response at the client complains. Although specified as a free service, the. Wi-Fi connection did not work . It looks like a truck driver motel .

Ich habe ein nach Rauch stinkendes Zimmer bekommen, obwohl ich Nichtraucher angekreuzt hatte. Teppichboden im Zimmer sehr schmutzig.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen in Ordnung wenn man nur ein Bett zum schlafen braucht.

Zum einen war der Preis angemessen. Es ist sehr still durch die Hinterhoflage, zumindest war es ein meinem Zimmer so, obwohl es an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Wie die Anbindung mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, ich habe dieses Motel wegen der Nähe zur Wohnung meines Sohnes gewählt, da wir seinen Auszug durchführen mussten. Das Frühstück wird allerdings auf der homepage größer angeführt, als es dann in Wirklichkeit ist, aber es ist doch ausreichend - und der Kaffee ist einfach nur gut. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die abschließbare Garage, vor allem vor dem Hintergrund, dass ich in der 2. Nacht ja schon jede Menge Gepäck, Computer etc. im Auto hatte und es so einbruchsicher untergebracht war.

Kleines, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Trotzdem gemütlich und vor allem sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbüffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Das einzige was mir gefallen hat, war die Servicekraft beim Frühstück..sehr charmant, zuvorkommend und höflich!

Die Duschtüren waren nicht sauber, das Zimmer ist in einem absolut veralterten Zustand, die Servicekräfte der Rezeption waren in keinster Weise höflich und freundlich!
