Motel One Frankfurt Airport

The room was clean and functional

The check in time was horrendous for me and others. They were not equipped to handle more that 1 person every 20 minutes! Really The internet was free in the lobbly but they did not volunteer there were two sites and you needed to ask for the Free access voucher. The hotel has lots of potential.

It looked just like the pictures. It was clean, basic European Hotel in the middle of a business section. Close to airport with shuttle service.

Needed transportation to get just about anywhere. Two places to eat with in walking distance, aside from that you needed transportation.

Air conditioned, not crowded, comfortable, clean, quiet

Location within industrial area, lack of open restaurants, no shuttle early enough to coordinate w/flight leaving to USA at 830am.

Nice room

I think Motel one should at least have one restaurant or the lounge should be able to provide more food

Splendid breakfast, extremely clean and well-designed hotel, very friendly staff. Very good airport van service.

Good location close to the airport. Slightly convoluted access - difficult to find without GPS help. Good breakfast and clean comfortable room. Internet access in the lobby - would be nice to have also in the room. Great place for stayover trip.

The front desk man went out of his way to help me print off my eticket for my flight the next morning. However, there should be a printer available to guests. This would have eliminated his need to go above and beyond.

I wish there had been a wake up call capability

Your website mentions that there is a free internet access in the entire hotel (this is an important critereion while selecting) and it is not (lobby only). Luckily after insistance the staff offered me the connection voucher.

The airport shuttle, wireless internet (in lobby only), the cleanliness and an excellent breakfast (not included, but well worth it)

Very clean, modern decor. Staff was extremly helpful and nice. Excellent location and place for buiness travelers.

It was clean, well organized, quiet and the special prize was good

felt cold, parking should be included in the price of the room (60% of the parking spaces were not used), the breakfast price (7.50 Euroe) was far to high for what you got! No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.
