Motel One Frankfurt Airport

-The staff were very friendly and gave advise on surrounding areas & restaurants whenever needed. -Breakfast was very nice - Design & cleanliness

Cost effective, close to the airport. Good breakfast, stylish.

Currently there is construction at the motel, it was difficult to move through the hallway on the 6 6th floor. The television in the room did not work which I felt could have been considered in my room cost at checkout.

Good location, good design and value for money for what is offered.

1. Flat bottom sink (doesn't rinse properly) breaks all design principles. Style at the expense of function. 2. Flat shower base allows water to run out under the shower door and flood the toilet. Style at the expense of function. 3. No plug in sink, requiring water to run continuously when washing or shaving. Presumably done to avoid flooding, but see item 2! 4. Shower tap which when turned on is easy to bump against, resulting in the water turning to scalding hot. Dangerous design. I suggest avoiding this design company when planning future buildings. Food in evenings in the lounge. Cheese toasties for more than one night is poor.

The rooms were very nice and clean would be nice to have a little fridge in the room and tea coffee etc so you could make yourself a hot drink without having to go downstairs

- I was charged for parking which I would understand if the hotel was in down town Frankfurt - but its not so it felt like they were nickle and diming their customer - The outside of the hotel is under going some restoration which took away from the hotel

The hotel was close to the airport and had a shuttle. It was a great place to spend the night prior to a flight. Staff was friendly and helpful. A very nice buffet breakfast was available.

the beds were really uncomfortable - too hard. I really liked everything about the hotel until I got in bed. It's the only reason I wouldn't recommend the hotel, they're probably the hardest beds I've ever slept in.

Quick and easy. They had parking. Easy to get to the airport.

Getting on the internet made me come back down to the Lobby to walk through their offering. Had to wait in line for all of the guests to check in causing me to miss my conference call.

This is a great place to stay. Awesome staff that was extremely helpful. Wonderful shower in the bathroom. Very clean and a great bargain. All in all, the best place to stay while in Frankfurt. I will use this hotel everytime I travel to the area.

Everything was perfect.

The staff was friendly, prompt and accommodating the moment we all walked into the lobby from the airport. The lobby was filled with guests having a drink from the bar, watching a soccer game, hanging out with friends - it was an inviting atmosphere. My double room was clean, modern, spacious for 1-2 people. Breakfast was wonderful; fresh, warm brötchen, croissants with the typical German spreads or meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits, yogurts and coffee. The shuttle was prompt both coming and going.

The wifi in the lobby didn't work with neither my iPad nor iPhone. Even after one of the desk attendants worked on my iPad I was not able to get the wifi to work.

Free shuttle from airport and only 6 euro back. Wifi hotel wide which was free with breakfast. Clean, modern looking rooms. Great breakfast.

Be aware there is no food available other than breakfast. I had read this from another review and stocked up on sandwiches for dinner from the airport first.

Location, Location, Location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. If you just want a place to stay for the night it is a perfect place to go.

Try to get you go to terminal ONE to pick up the transport to the hotel even if you arrive at another terminal. The ride to the hotel is free, it cost 6 Euro/person to go back to the airport. Airport driver didn't know AA was at terminal TWO even though he probably drives the route 8 to 10 times a day. Tried to drop us off at terminal ONE which is a big pain in xxxxxx if you trying to fly AA. Also, breakfast is OK($7.50/person), but there is no real food service at the hotel. You have to walk 15 to 20 minutes just to get a meal. Wi-Fi is free in your room of you buy breakfast, if not it cost 5 Euro. Didn't find the Wi-Fi that good even downstairs in the lobby where it is free.

I was sent wrongly to Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 2 highly inconviencing me at the airport. I need you to change this in your list. I was thoroughly stressed out and sweating to find the right terminal and being rushing around. If you send me to a wrong terninal, that could cost me a flight. NOT PLEASED!!!!!!

Newly renovated hotel with modern interior and rooms. Clean.

The shuttle bus is free of charge on the way to the hotel but you have to pay 6 euros to get back to the airport.
