場所はフランクフルト国際空港まで車で10分ほどで、高速の真横でしたが音は気になりませんでした。子供は- 6歳まで無料、12歳まではエキストラベット代もかからないということでしたが、ベッドがクイーンサイズよ- りも小さめで、エキストラベッドをいれても家族4人（園児2人）ではちょっときつかったです。（3人なら問- 題ないです。）フロントの方がチェックイン時に子供の大きさをみて、コネクティングルームを用意してくださ- いました。ダブルルームが2つになったのに追加料金はなしでした。ホテル自体が新しくとてもきれいでした。- 部屋には冷蔵庫も湯沸しポットもありませんが、近所にスーパーもありましたし、1階のラウンジにはバーもあ- りました。朝食もおいしくいただきました（別料金ですが）。あと、各都市（ベルリンなど）にもホテルがある- ようで、車を利用されない方にもこちらはオススメです。 |

シャトルバスが有料であることがサイト上には、不明確な表示であった。指摘に際し、ホテル側もサイト作成会- 社の誤りだと責任転嫁の繰り返しで、顧客である私が、一番迷惑を被った。謝罪の一言もなく、サイト作成の担- 当者はホテルを予約した私が悪いと評された。 早朝に、突然、ホテルの清掃者が、誤って無断で部屋に入ってきた。ホテルに伝えると、担当者に確認するとい- うことだけだった。あまりに対応が悪すぎる。 |

Good connecting service from airport to hotel and back. Also sight seeing services are well organized. Food service like lunch or dinner should be available as it was located out side such facilities. |

Very nice hotel with a warm and welcoming lobby. Good recommandation if you need to stay for one or two nights. Lobby had free internet access, and every evening the lobby is full with people, which was very nice. Breakfast is also very good for a small price. Quality of this hotel is absolutely worthy for this small price.For 6 euro you can park 24 hours. I had an absolote nice stay, perhaps the only comment is that there is no restaurant in the hotel. You can order from delivery services, which are good. If you need to visit the center of Frankfurt, keep in mind that you need 20 minutes by car. |

It was an efficient transfer experience. I arrived one evening, and waited overnight until y wife arrived and then we moved on. I did not need any fancy frills. It would have been more convenient if more precise directions were available on your web site that explaind how to get from the Airport to the Hotel, but a call to the hotel solved the problem, |

It was our last night before flying home & therefore the location was great for us, plus the shuttle bus to the airport for five Euro was really handy. The hotel delivers exactly what it promises & for a great price. As it is located a little out of the city it would perhaps best suit people travelling by car - it's more in the style of an American motel but much more hip in appearance! |

it was a good hotel, value for money. Hotel should have a resturant and they should mention about the airport terminal where their shuttel bus is available from, this information made me suffer running here and there to get to the shuttel bus.They need to mention shuttel bus will be available from terminal 1 or 2 |

Reasonably close to the airport, however feel that the 5 euro shuttlr fare should appear on the website not saved up as a surprise for your return. WiFi not free, pay as you go miles to expensive for an overnight stay. |

I booked it because it was the cheapest with a an airport shuttle. But I was truly surprised about how nice it was after I arrived. The breakfast was a little pricey since I was going to have it served on the plane in a few hours. |
