The staff were friendly and the room was large (we were upgraded to a delux room) and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. We didn't have time to try the sauna and fitness facilities, but it was nice to have the option if we had wanted them. The hotel bar allowed smoking. There were 3 tables outside the bar for non-smokers which were all taken so there was nowhere for non-smokers to sit. |

We stayed in the hotel from thursday until sunday. We visited the city centre for food and shopping and found munster to be a nice town. The only bad point was that the resteraunt was closed for a refit, we where not told this at the time of booking, however it did not interfere with our stay as the work wasn't very noisey. |

The staff is serviceminded, and the rooms are airconditioned. It is not possible to order any food at all after 22,30. For most cases this is fine, but for me coming back from a very late field trip, I would have appreciated the option to order room service whatever the time. |

The bar and restaurant. I was given a room near the ventilation shaft of the kitchen, and above the delivery entrance and garbage storage area. When I complained I was told that such is the "standard room" for this hotel, and if I wanted to avoid the inconvenience I could pay an extra 30 EUR per night to get a better room. |

hotel had no knowledge of booking, but did find accomodation for the duration of the stay. Not sure whose fault yours or hotel. Could have been difficult as hotel was extremly busy over the period of our stay. Hotel staff extremly helpfull. |

prachtig hotel, mooi gelegen in een rustig straatje aan een meer. hotelpersoneel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet inclusief kok die je gebakken eitje, roereitje, omelet of wat dan ook persoonlijk voor je maakt inclusief spek, worstjes. champignons e.d. |

Ruime,schone kamer, met heerlijke bedden Na een 'hartelijk' welkom met drankje, moest ik direct!! (Afrekenen doe je bij vertrek normaliter) 300 euro betalen, terwijl de de rek. 198, -- was!! Dit ivm met zogenaaamde 'borg'???!!! , bij vertrek zou ik het resterende bedrag terugkrijgen.SCHANDE En wat een valse manier iemand zo te ontvangen, dit zgn. 'Klasse' hotel handelt ver onder de maat en ik zal het niemand aanraden. Ik vraag me af hoeveel geld er totaal op voorhand van de klant wordt vastgehouden, kunnen jullie rente van trekken, naar mijn idee is dit onrechtmatig! Het ontbijt is veel te duur. Bij vertrek zou ik cash 102,-- terug ontvangen, ook belachelijk daar ik met creditcard had betaald. |

Ruhe und große Freundlichkeit Trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage, ob es bis 23 Uhr warme Küche gäbe, hieß es um kurz nach 22 Uhr, der Koch habe schon alles weggeräumt, es würde also länger dauern. Das macht ein schlechtes Gewissen |
