Mövenpick Hotel Berlin Am Potsdamer Platz  

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a Junior-suite which was generously furnished and felt luxurious with the price in mind. There was no nuisance from other rooms or anything else. The hotel was nicely placed in walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and with train-connection 100 meters away to Friedrichstrasse.

We were without hot water for more than half a day (we had to take a cold shower before leaving the hotel one morning out of four) and the hotel made no actions to compensate us in this matter.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Homophobic manager. Refusal to accept complaints or criticism. Insulting behaviour.. Dirty bed linen, dirty showers. We will be taking legal action.

A perfect hotel. The reception staff were so friendly, helpful and polite, with a constant smile. I mention by name: Jeanina, Jessica and Maik. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I especially enjoyed the generosity of the bathroom amenities, which included a large box of scented bath salts, a comfy bathrobe and slippers. The hotel's location is excellent. Potsdamer Arcaden is close by and there is a taxi stand right across the street. You can easily get one to the Altes Museum and the Berlin Dom Cathedral, which are just a few minutes' drive away.

Most of all we enjoyed sauna in the evening after long day walking, that was just great. The hotel is really nice, it is situated in 5 mins walk from Sony center and Potsdamer Platz and in 10mins walk from Check-point Charlie. Very comfortable and beautiful. The concierge was very polite and helpful.

Delightful, friendly staff...very comfortable and beautifully designed rooms..convenient location next to trin lines, this hotel had it all for us. We would cerainly stay again. Best of all the windows could be opened wide for fresh air and to keep us cool!

The buffet had a good range however the food had dried out and the hot food was only lukewarm at only 90 minutes after opening. This was the only dissapointing note in an otherwise excellent hotel.

Close to the New Year celebrations at Brandenberg.

the location of the hotel is excellent for sight seeing,just a few meters away from the S Bahn stop, and within walking distance from some main Berlin sights.Staff extremely polite and helpful.Rooms quite large,clean and modern.Breakfast really good with a big selection from hot/cold choices and with high quality food.I would definetely go back to this hotel and suggest it to my friends.A really 4 stars hotel

The restaurant of the hotel is good,but with rather limited menu.Other than that no negative points for that hotel

Bonito, agradable y original en su diseño. Buena zona porque es céntrica y se aparca gratis en la calle.

Se empeñan en automatizarlo todo y crean problemas a los clientes. Un par de ejemplos: El extractor del baño funciona automáticamente y el ruido es molesto. Un rollo no poderlo desconectar a voluntad. Algunos enchufes también se desconectan al apagar la luz, y así no se pueden cargar ordenadores o móviles al acostarse.
