It was a very nice hotel. We stayed in a Junior-suite which was generously furnished and felt luxurious with the price in mind. There was no nuisance from other rooms or anything else. The hotel was nicely placed in walking distance to Potsdamer Platz and with train-connection 100 meters away to Friedrichstrasse. We were without hot water for more than half a day (we had to take a cold shower before leaving the hotel one morning out of four) and the hotel made no actions to compensate us in this matter.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Homophobic manager. Refusal to accept complaints or criticism. Insulting behaviour.. Dirty bed linen, dirty showers. We will be taking legal action.

All facilities were good from check-in to check out. Room quiet. Breakfast quality very good (~22 euro). Wireless Internet available but at a cost 1st Bus (m29) to Tegel airport located almost outside hotel entrance No coffee/tea-making faclities in room No free water provided These services should be common denominator for all 4star and above.

This is a stunning hotel, conveniently situated for many of Berlin's attractions. It's beautifully stylish, but comfortable too, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Breakfasts are wonderful, with so much choice. Beds are really comfortable, and the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The concierges and reception staff were excellent, and made our stay so effortless. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, central, easy to transfer every location, breakfast buffet was rich and tastefull, we stayed at the Junior Suite the room was really spacy & very clean, wireless is not free but it is cheap 3 EUR/hour, 5 eur/3 hour. Strongly recommend.

Breakfast was pretty good. All the staff were very helpful & the room was great. We hired bikes from the hotel and they were in great condition! I reccommend bikes for getting around berlin!

The breakfest is very good. Some of the front desk personal are very helpfull. The cleaning of the room was poor. The staff is not very well trained!!! The cleaning personal is from asia and dos't speak any international language. Very cold in the room.

- The location between east and west Berlin, quiet area with walking distance to Potsdamer Platz. - Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. - Clothing Cabinet size. - Amenties for one person only , sometimes you need more then one glass and adding more towels and pillows will save time to ask HK for more.

A perfect hotel. The reception staff were so friendly, helpful and polite, with a constant smile. I mention by name: Jeanina, Jessica and Maik. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I especially enjoyed the generosity of the bathroom amenities, which included a large box of scented bath salts, a comfy bathrobe and slippers. The hotel's location is excellent. Potsdamer Arcaden is close by and there is a taxi stand right across the street. You can easily get one to the Altes Museum and the Berlin Dom Cathedral, which are just a few minutes' drive away. Everything was excellent.

Fantastic staff, allowed us to check in very early at 9am! Room was really modern and well designed, plasma TV etc. Position of the hotel was great right next to the S Bahn. Would definitely go back!

Nice, clean, large rooms. Subway just around the corner, great for tourism. Twin beds are not german twins, what is great for a young couple (german twins are two single's putted together...).

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It´s a very cosy hotel, where all the staff is very kind and helpfull, always concerned with our well being during the stay.The design and decoration are modern in this historical building. The rooms are excellent, very quite and clean. The location is great, because there is a subway station a hundread metres from the hotel and it is near to Potsdamer Platz and Sony Centre. In spite of the fact there are so many hotels in Berlin to choose, I´m sure that this is one of the best.

Je wordt echt hartelijk ontvangen en je voelt je snel thuis in dit uitstekende hotel. Prima ligging, mooie en verzorgde kamers. Tip: huur fietsen van het hotel.

Sehr netter Service, modernes Design in TOP Zimmern. 1A Lage mit Parkgarage. Super Frühstücksbüffet. Abendessen entspricht in der Qualität nicht ganz dem Anspruch des Hotels. Wie in vielen Gaststätten fristet auch hier der Salatteller ein Schattendasein. Werden in der Karte getrocknete Tomaten und Oliven angekündigt, dürfen sie nicht komplett fehlen (ohne Entschuldigung).
