I was travelling by train, so the location was perfect. The restaurant was great and front desk staff very helpful. |

Great Staff, very nice and large room and good breakfast Internet access is too expensive (10 EUR for 1 hour) , and don't work during our stay ... It's the main problem of this great Hotel |

The reception employees were exceptionally helpful and very eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There is no shower cap in the bathroom |

Comfortable beds, very helpful staff who even arranged a collection from nearby jewellers. Excellent location for all transport. The breakfast was very good but at 16 euros it is a significant addition to the bill which would otherwise have been excellent value for money. |

Centrale ligging. De hotelkamer was goed en groot. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening in het restaurant was plezierig en goed dienstverlenend. |

Gut am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, gute Einkauf möglichkeiten. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Ich finde es lächerlich das in einem Hotel das Familienfreundlich sein will, das Frühstück 16 €/ Person kostet. Jeder normale Mensch verzehrt zum Frühstück etwa 2-3 Brötchen, Kaffe, und etwa 1 Ei. Das ist etwa ein wert von ca. 5 €. Mit 8 € pro Person würde der Preis angemessen sein. Wir und Fam Theobald zogen es vor unser Frühstück anderweitig zu uns zu nehmen. |

es war schlicht und einfach die Lage (kurzer Fußweg zum Aalto-Theater). Die Aussicht ist nicht berauschend, aber das hängt mit dem Umbau des essener Hauptbahnhofs zusammen. |
