Facilities in rooms poor service in the restaurant. Last Sunday lunchtime we were seated at a table on the terrace for 45 minutes before we received any service. Also there was no coffee or soft drinks available in the hotel in the mornings-the bar was closed. |

Hotel was very great There is no smocking zone in the hotel. So the people is smocking in front of it and it makes noise during the beginning of the night. My room was up to the front of the hotel. Otherwise, very great hotel. |

The noise, very poor service in the bar/restaurant, additional costs for internet use (which is ridiculous) and parking, loud parties on the weekend until 2am/ 3am in the morning right under our bedroom with a lot of cigarette smoke entering our "non smoking" room |

Das es möglich war mit 2 Kindern 1 Zimmer zu belegen. Frühstücksbüffet und Gartenterrasse. Gute Lage zu schönen Ausflugszielen - Königstein, Kronberg, Zoo, Frankfurt. Kinderfreundlich und schönes Ambiente. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (Servicepersonal). Beim Abendessen wurde das bestellte Menue meiner Gattin vergessen. Herr Fazli hat dies mit Humor uns Freundlichkeit elegant ausgebügelt. Dafür gebührt im ein Lob! Das Essen könnte noch ein wenig besser sein. Fisch mit Linsen (Suppe) sollte man besser machen, weniger Flüssigkeit. |

Obwohl es zunächst hieß: ohne Frühstück, gab es als Wochenendspecial doch Frühstück inclusive. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ/läßt keine Wünsche offen. |
