Good S-Bahn connection to central Frankfurt. Chosen for accessibility to Messe (15 mins). Comfortable rooms and good services. Punitive pricing during events (common to every Frankfurt hotel)

Ideale Lage für Messebesuch. Tolle Parkgarage. Personal Rezeption freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ruhige Lage. Sonntag beim Frühstück war das Personal komplett überfordert.Tische wurden nur abserviert. Gäste holten sich Besteck usw. selber. Kaffee und Espresso nach 5 maliger Bestellung nach einer halben Stunde. Samstag und Montag war alles o.k.

Der Restaurant war hervorragend. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut. Wir waren geschäftlich unterwegs, also für eine Erholung nach Besprechungen und Reisen war alles in Ordnung. Vielen Dank Die Einrichtung des Zimmers könnte etwas mehr modern sein, aber es war alles sehr bequem.

Sehr sauber alle sehr nett und freundlich. Zimmer ruhigund sauber. Der Kaffee war leider ungenießbar!!1 Lauwarm und bitter!! Leider war der neue Kaffee zwar Heiß aber geschmacklich immer noch eine Katastrophe. Sind dann notgedrungen auf Tee umgestiegen.

Sfeer is goed. Het restaurant matiig . Wij hedden een diner plaats voor een tochtende deur, die frekwent voor rokers die buiten rookten open ging. Gevolg een golf van koude lucht gedurende het gehele diner. De airconditining in de kamers werkt niet goed. Gevolg: bedomptesfeer.en slecht slapen.

Nur 20min mir der S-Bahn in die Frankfurter Innestadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich.Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Fitness-und Wellnessbereich war sehr klein.

Unsere bestätigte und vorausbezahlte Buchung "Deluxe Zimmer" wurde ignoriert, statt dessen bekamen wir ein dopplestöckiges Appartment mit Schlafmöglichkeit unter dem Dach in einem französichen Bett mit eine Matratze, was wir indes beides nicht wollten. Auch unsere Frage warum wir nicht das bekommen was wir gebucht hätten wurde mitgeteilt, das das Hotel leider ausgebucht sei. So mussten wir notgedrungen mit dem App. Vorlieb nehmen. Da die Klimaanlage defekt war und die Schlafmöglichkeit im App. Unterm Dach natürlich sehr warm ist, mussten wir das Fenster ganz öffnen Aber im darunter liegenden Stock schepperte morgens um 05:00 Uhr eine Hotelmitarbeiteren mit dem Geschirr etc. Wir haben kein Auge zugemacht, eine Horro-Nacht verbracht und waren gerädert. Natürlich haben wir uns beschwert. Uns wurde schriftliche Antwort vom Hotelmanager zugesagt. Darauf warten wir indes noch immer.
