Kind and polite staff, good restaurant. In order to go to the restaurant, for dinner as well as for breakfast, you have to walk 80 m through a shopping mall.

The hotel provided me with an overnight stop on the long journey across Germany back to my home in England. There was no-one serving at the bar when I fancied a pre dinner drink. Also, the 16.50 euro price for breakfast is excessive - well in excess of what it is worth.

The hotel was in a great location, with clean rooms and great breakfast with lots of variations. The room was cold, we got offered another room but it was a problem of central heating and not individual rooms. Bathroom amenities were not refreshed every day and we had to ask for replacements.

Free internet, though a cumbersome process to access it which include some registration on the computer then calling the reception to activate it. The room was too cold, there was only one thin blanket and too cold to sleep well. No extra blanket. The reception staff was slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. The internet service was free but hard to activate

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, die Mitarbeitenden ausnahmslos äusserst zuvorkommend, das Zimmer herrlich gross, sauber, perfekt. Um die Tiefgarage war ich sehr froh. Um zum hoteleigenen Restaurant zu gelangen, muss man durch die Shopping-Mall gehen, worauf ich fürs Frühstück absolut keine Lust hatte. So bestellte ich mir das Frühstück zum gleichen Preis aufs Zimmer, bekam dieses pünktlich und wunderschön präsentiert. Sogar mein Sonderwunsch nach einem Espresso wurde erfüllt! Aufgrund der Infos im Zimmer bestellte ich mir ein Nackenkissen und bekam eine Nackenrolle. Erst auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir beschieden, dass kein Nackenkissen mehr verfügbar sei.

Ich bin schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen und fühle mich immer wieder ausgesprochen wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig eingerichtet und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot ist vielfältig und hervorragend. Die neue Speisekarte "macht Lust auf essen". Mir gefällt die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Kurfürsten Galerie; außerdem kann man schnell alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt - auch mit der Straßenbahn - erreichen. Sehr großes Zimmer. Sehr gut der Wasserkocher!!! Ein Grüntee hätte mir gefallen. Ich habe Probleme mit einem Frühstück für knapp 20 Euro. Das geht gar nicht.

Die zentrale Lage zu der Einkaufsstraße, im speziellen auch zum Weihnachtsmarkt. Die Zimmer waren sehr "gemütlich" U. gleichzeitig großzügig eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt.

das Zimmer war angenehm groß und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich sehr gut! Das Parkhaus hat einen besseren Tarif als das Hotel. Darauf wurde ich auch hingewiesen. Leider konnte ich mein Parkticket nicht im Hotel bezahlen, wenn ich den günstigeren Tarif bezahlen wollte. Die Parkautomaten im Einkaufszentrum waren aber zum größten Teil defekt, so daß ich eine geraume Zeit brauchte, mein Ticket zu bezahlen.
