Comfortable and silent room; coffee machine really appreciated; located very close to the city center at first, no explanations about the use of the parking ticket - it's possible to get one ticket from the hotel staff for the whole period |

I was given an attractive, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning in my room didn't work very well and I had to ask them to re-clean the bathroom (which they did). |

Ruime, goed ingerichte kamer met heerlijke bedden. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet in het nabijgelegen Movenpick-restaurant. Handig dat je onder het hotel kunt parkeren, in de publiek ondergrondse parkeergarage. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed gelegen ook, midden in het centrum. |

Het verblijf was prima. De kamer was ruim genoeg en schoon en het personeel vriendelijk. Het matras was van zeer goede kwaliteit. Dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen is bij de opgegeven prijs is onduidelijk en wordt ook bij aankomst niet duidelijk als keuze voorgelegd. Aangezien het ontbijt vrij prijzig is, zou dit beter wel als duidelijke keuze gegeven kunnen worden door het hotelpersoneel. |

Der Service was ausgezeichnet und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Besonders gut hat mir die Möglichkeit des späten check out gefallen. So habe ich in Kassel entspannt einen halben Tag zusätzlich genießen können. Beim check in würde ich nicht über das Frühstück und dessen Kosten informiert. Die Informationen lagen mir aus dem Internet vor, nur hätte ich normalerweise kein Frühstücksbuffet gewählt. Diese Option wurde mir nicht mehr angeboten. |

En realidad es la segunda vez que voy a Kaasel y me alojo en este hotel, volveré en diciembre, me gusta todo, sobre todo que siempre hay alguien que habla español, lo he recomendado varias veces a amigos y han vuelto encantados. Saludos a Ramona de recepción, vale mucho está señorita. El precio de internet |

Das mövenpick hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die zimmer sind alt, im bad sind einige silikonfugen verschimmelt. Wenn man mit dem pkw anreist muss man das parkhaus am hotel nutzen da es sonst keinerlei parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Um das Frühstück zu erreichen läuft man einige meter durch ein shopping center was ich persönlich als sehr unangenehm empfand. Zum preis der übernachtung kommen dann 12€ für das parkhaus und 16€ frühstückspreis. |
