Free internet, though a cumbersome process to access it which include some registration on the computer then calling the reception to activate it. The room was too cold, there was only one thin blanket and too cold to sleep well. No extra blanket. The reception staff was slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. The internet service was free but hard to activate

The hotel provided me with an overnight stop on the long journey across Germany back to my home in England. There was no-one serving at the bar when I fancied a pre dinner drink. Also, the 16.50 euro price for breakfast is excessive - well in excess of what it is worth.

Een hotel, dat zorg draagt voor voor details ! Perfect verzorgde kamers, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet ; mooi gelegen in het stad-centrum van Kassel (in een winkelcentrum gelegen, maar toch heel rustig op de kamers) Jammer genoeg geen verbonden restaurant... (niet dikwijls open)

Niet meer of minder ik van een Mercure hotel kan verwachten. Niet echt behalve dan het restaurant dat op zaterdag en zondagavond gesloten is. Er zijn wel voldoende alternatieven in de omgeving.

Hotel położony w samym centrum miasta,wkomponowany w niewielką galerię handlową.Bardzo ładny wystrój hallu i recepcji hotelowej oraz pokojów.Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła.Pokoje przytulne z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami.W pokojach zestaw do przygotowania kawy i herbaty. Restauracja hotelowa ładna,gustownie urządzona i oferująca szeroki wybór potraw i napojów na śniadanie. Ogólnie hotel bardzo nam się podobał i polecilibyśmy go innym. Parking hotelowy zbyt niski dla wyższego samochodu z bagażnikiem dachowym (Audi Q5).Wysokość parkingu 1,95 m.Musieliśmy zaparkować nasz samochód na ulicy obok hotelu. Aby dotrzeć do restauracji hotelowej trzeba wyjść z hotelu do galerii handlowej i dopiero tam na końcu korytarza znajduje się restauracja.Czynna tylko do 14:30.Na szczęście w galerii znajdują też inne punkty gastronomiczne,czynne dłużej. Hotel nie posiada własnego Spa. Spa i fitness znajdują się w galerii handlowej i są ogólnodostępne dla wszystkich,zarówno mieszakńców miasta jak i gości hotelowych.

Værelserne, og deres bar område, deres store center Manglende parkering med trailer( kørte rundt I 2 timer for parkering) og resturanten var lukket til lukket fest, da vi var der.

De ligging is super, wij hebben de kerstmarkt bezocht en in 3 minuten sta je al tussen de kraampjes. Verder ruime kamers en parkeren onder het hotel. De verwarming stond hoog en bleek lastig de temperatuur te laten dalen

Værelserne var rigtig flotte... Synes at det var under al kritik at vi skulle køre rundt I 2 timer for overhovedet at kunne finde en parkeringsplads, da vi havde hundetrailer med. Fik at vide på hotellet at vi kunne holde hvor der var parkering forbudt med risiko for bøde, det gjorde andre, sagde de. Blev svinet til I parkeringskælderenaf en vagt, da trailer er forbudt dernede, hvilket der ikke er skiltet med. Restauranten var lukket selskab, så vi var nød til at finde et andet sted at spise, hvilket også er for dårligt, man går da ud fra at er der en restaurant knyttet til hotellet, er det sådan at man kan benytte det.

Perfecte ligging (in het centrum vlakbij het centrale plein, en het kerstmarktgebied) Ruime kamers met gedeelte waar je kunt zitten en goede bedden Vriendelijk personeel te warm in het hotel (slecht regelbaar) en als je het raam opende hoorde je veel geluid uit het centrum en stationair draaiende bussen beneden bij het busstation

Freundlichkeit der MA im Frontofficebereich Das Frühstück ansich war sehr gut und reichhaltig, allerdings waren Tisch als reserviert gekennzeichnet, dies habe ich übersehen..... Wurde darauf auch von den Mitarbeitern hingewiesen, dass ich mir doch an den gewissen Tischen hinsetzen möchte.....Allerdings ging es nicht um eine Reservierung des Restaurant, sondern, weil man diese Tische nicht mehr aufräumen wollte und für den Mittagstisch vorbereiten wollte.....Sehr ungeschickt

Sehr zentrale Lage, mit PKW (Tiefgarage) sehr gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Ideale Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr für Ausflüge zum Stadtrand (Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe) und in die Umgebung. Großes Zimmer (mit allerdings etwas liebloser Einrichtung ohne jedes Bild an der Wand pp.). Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (leider häufig mit aufgebackenen Brötchen) im angeschlossenen französischen Restaurant, zugänglich durch das Einkaufszentrum.

Schitterend en ideaal gelegen hotel. Het personeel is héél vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het ontbijtbuffet is super: heel uitgebreid, gevarieerd, steeds aangevuld (roerei vers gebakken toen de kok vond dat het al wat verpieterd was) en op zondag tot 14 uur! Er zijn extra, en speciaal gevormde hoofdkussens te krijgen, en de kingsize bedden zijn heel comfortabel. Eén minpunt echter: de nochtans werkende airco koelt de kamer niet voldoende af, waardoor inslapen moeilijk ging!
