Location with easy access to a town and a city. Everything within easy walking distance Good Food, comfortable accommodation, Friendly staff Quiet and beautiful vistas of the Danube.

I liked the location of the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and offered all the facilities i expected.

I liked the friendly atmosphere and we ate really well - breakfast was really good with a big variety of food to choose from. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. It's right on the river so there is easy access to the old part of town. The staff was really professional and friendly. The prices were fair.

The hotel is near old city. The view of the tallest church in the world and Danube river is amazing! The staff were excellent and very helpful. Especially Andrea, the manager and receptionist Annamaria. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Directly on the Danube river. Everything within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for city visits. Staff professional, friendly and very helpful. A special praise to the cleaning staff too, because my room was always very clean! Top!

Room service for meals without any menu. You have to call the number allocated and they tell you what is on offer. No sandwiches. This service cost me 9,50 euros, excluding food. The restaurant was also closed for renovation a day or two later, and I did not know about it. No air conditioning in what they call the 'cheaper' rooms, only a fan. When I asked for a room on one of the top floors, I was told that because I booked a 'cheap special' I could only get the rooms at the bottom, with no air-con. There are also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Fan in bathroom very loud. As a frequent 4-5 Star traveller, I really expected more from this 4-star hotel.

Friendly receptionists, beautiful location

The hotel is old and worn. There was no air conditioning, even some info claimed so. Electricity went out from my room because of blown fuse, while I had only fan and my iPad charger on, nothing else. In breakfast there was supposed to be chef who cooks omeletts and eggs for hotel guests, but he was not interested in this, but spent most of his time in kitchen. I saw him only once popping by the omelette spot, and he disappeared again. I was not the only person wondering this. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone, far too pricy and does not meet expectations.

Setting and location were nice and convenient. Greenspace around hotel was good for our dog.

The breakfast was good, but expensive for families. This hotel is set up more for business travelers. We also had to pay for parking.

Very friendly staff. Good location - about 5 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes to Ulm's Munster. Rather big room. After appart hotel in Konstanz need to mention about beds - they were ok.

This hotel is maximum 3 stars, not more. The rooms were not renovated long time. The bathroom doesn't look nice. Very budjet disign. We were not at breakfast, but the price is too expensive - 17 euros per person. Parking is 8 euros per day. From the window you can see a bit of Danube river and,,, a hospice for old people. No condition in the room, just dusted ventilator. We were lucky again as in several days it will be some fest on the river, so during 3 days we stayed in the hotel there were constucting works before the hotel.

Parking seemed expensive

The hotel has a unique location, directly overlooking all Ulm's old town across the river. Also, you can reach excellent Donau Bad waterpark by walking for 10 minutes.

Breakfast is clearly overpriced, and the rooms were much smaller than they appeared on the photo.

It is a well accesible hotel with good facilities (fast wifi) and a great location at the Donau. 24hr reception was friendly at night. (which is often not the case in other hotels!)

Situation excellente, les chambres avec vue sur le danube sont très bien, petit-déjeuner copieux et très soigné.

Le parking pourrait être gratuit pour les clients.
