Charging 8Euros per person to/from the airport was a rip-off.People should be made awaere of this when booking. Another money-making con ! Had to cvisit airport early also as when checking-in using the "Business area" the computer would not print my boarding pass and would not let me re-do it saying that I had already checked in Staff were very unhelpful when tjhis problem occurred |

From the pick up at the airport to the front desk and the restaurant the service was excellent and without fault. The food in the evening was cooked to my requirement, no improvement required ! Internet service had to be paid for as extra !!!!! why, it is a business location. In Dubai and Kuwait I do not pay extra over for this service as also I do not pay extra as a BA Executive Club member. At the least 60 minutes should be provided in the room rate. Further I would prefer that the room rate includes for a breakfast. |

The out door patio was delightful for evening dining and a great place to meet friends for drinks in the afternoon, The check-in staff were not familiar with the print out of my pre-paid reservation form and were hesitant to accept it. |

King size bed! Every other hotel we stayed at had two twin beds pushed together but this one had a real king sized bed. It was also the quietest hotel we stayed in. The breakfast would have been a bit pricey but they offered free croissants, fruit and tea/coffee/juice/water for early risers (4-6am). Some people may not enjoy how far out of Munich the hotel is, but transportation is very easy. It was good for us though because the shuttle (14 euros for both of us) picked us up and brought us right to the hotel. |

The room was nice, roomy, and clean. We enjoyed the chocolates left for us on our bedside table. There were no accessible electrical outlets at/ near the bed. |

Close to the airport. Good public transportation (bus every 20 minutes connected with suburban trains to München city center and the airport). Although the hotel is less than 1 km to airport runways, the room was very silent as if you were in the countryside. |
