resepsiyondaki gorevliler birkac kisi sehire nasil gidecegimizi sordugumuzda sadece otobus+S bahn veya taksi alternatifini onerdi. halbuki bir arkadastan ogrendigimizde 5 kisilik € 18'ya 24 saatlik otobus ve trenlerde gecen bir bilet oldugundan bahsetmedi. ayrica otobusun otelden tarafa olan duraktan gececegini soylemesine ragmen karsi taraftan gectigini tesadufen durakta ogrendik. bu konularda tam bilgilendirme yapamadilar. |

We had only stayed one night but the rooms were clean and confortable. The staff were polite and spoke very good English. The hotel is close to the airport - about a 10/15 minute drive and the hotel provides a shuttle service for a small payment. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting dinner options and explaining the bus shuttle system. We requested a king bed and were surprised at how small a king was. It was not any bigger than a standard/full size bed in the United States. |

The upgraded room at 60 euro/night is one of the best in its category. We kept windows closed, air con. on and felt we want to continue the vacation for many more days. Mosquitous from a nearby static water source. The staff seems too willing to convince you to pay for extras (room, meals etc). Concerning booking.com: I think in case of "non refundable" booking of a room, in case the hotel charges the credit card immediately ( which is not always the case) the hotel should send a receipt to the customer the same day. Not sending this receipt could bring to missunderstandings. |

The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. They provide me with an extra bid for my 7 years old kid. Breakfast is really rich verity- wise and setting area wise. The location is perfect for park and Fly. Hotel shuttle is charged @8 Euros per person, but It was included in my booking category. Hotel is 10 min from Airport, in a very calm area, and is ac, which is a plus. The hotel has a free interenet access via a computer in the reception, but Free wi-fi is pretty mauch needed. |

The hotel was very close to the airport, and it was a quick shuttle ride there in the morning. The room was more than adequate, but do not open the windows as then you will be joined by a multitude of bugs. There were quite a few bugs squished against the wall and ceiling when checking in, and a sign warning against opening the window. But for the price and location I would recommend the hotel. |

It had appeared that the shuttle service from the airport was free when in fact it cost 8 euros. Plus, if you arrived after 9:30 am you had to make an appointment beforehand for the shuttle to pick you up which was not clearly stated anywhere. It was a bigger hassle than a nice service. |

Nice hotel. Hotel shuttle to the airport was not free. Hotel should list the price or state for a fee. It is cheaper to take a taxi for over 2 people. |
