I loved everything. Everything was prepared with love and care. I ll stay in ms appartmrnts next time in Berlin.

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location for access to trains and central Berlin. Very warm and comfortable during our winter stay of one week. Very useful and informative book for guests in English and German. Would recommend the ground floor apartment. Nice quiet apartment with a warm and homely feel. Well equipped kitchen.UK and CNN channels in English.

Wireless Internet only seemed to operate after 8.00am and poor connection in the lounge area. Better signal in the bedroom of ground floor unit.

Lovely, large apartment. Comfortable beds, good hot water, and great kitchen. Perfect for families and larger groups. Very close to S and U trains plus bus (7 minute easy bus ride to the Hauptbahnhof every 20 minutes). Very friendly and helpful managers. Convenience store with milk, bread etc. just 1 block away. No key, only combinations, so this is great! No lost keys or fumbling in the dark.

Very narrow bathroom. Wood floors are a bit creaky. But these are splitting hairs. Only cash payment! How archaic. They really need to start accepting Visa and Mastercard for travellers.

Clean, functional, comfortable, warm and well equipped. Excellent communication etc Near U bahn, bus etc

Lobby light is not adequate to see lock for entry code without torch/phone Bedside reading light on both sides would be nice as would small bedside table/shelf for book, drink, glasses etc!

- Pretty complete kitchen. No freezer. - No key but electronic code-lock - Bikes for rent for EUR 5 per bike per day (didn't use the option, but the bikes looked ok) - Free parking (on public street) in front of appartment - Apartment 4 was pretty quiet (back jard, away from the train tracks) - Flatscreen TV with good reception (mainly german channels) - Beds are ok. No foot-board - Supermarket at walking distance - U-Bahn en S-Bahn at walking distance. Public transport in Berlin will get you just about everywhere. Check out Berlin Welcome Card for multi day public transport with discounts on many museums and other locations/events. - Gas station at end of the street

WiFi internet connection in apartment 4 was almost unusable. Owner says he will install an additional access point in the near future. Did get the keys to another (empty) apartment on the same floor so I could use the internet there. A bit tedious solution but workable.

Everything was great and Ms. Marina is very kind. I would stay there when I come back to Berlin.

The apartment was very conveniently placed on the Ring S-Bahn, closer than expected. It was spacious, very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Recommended restaurants in the area were very good.

Our MS apartment had all the facilities to make our stay as comfortable as at home. Very pleasant! Clean, with style and comfortable!

Everything! The hotel is really clean and cozy!

The internet connection was really bad! I almost couldn't use it!

Excellent location, well equipped, helpful owner and staff.

Big windows, long balcony, high cielings, wooden floor, white walls, minimalistic style - modern sound of vintage appartaments. As I'd like!

There is no big mirrow.

The room decoration was excellent, it actually feels like home (or like those Ikea showrooms). The process to get access into the room is very easy, you receive a code by mail or SMS which is the access code to the apartment so you can check in at anytime during your check in date. The location was also very good as it was very close to a metro station. There was a nice park very close as well and very convenient if you are traveling with children.

Internet, only worked first day. The second day I complained to the administrator, but she didn't acknowledge it as a local issue within the apartment and just didn't offer any help to get it resolved. They don't accept credit card, thought paypal would be a good solution. The door bell didn't work either, I was waiting for a delivery and almost missed it.

Easy to check in also at late night

Vlak bij U en S bahn. Precies tussen vliegveld en stad.Voldoende ruimte. Alles goed geregeld.

厨房里面锅碗瓢盆刀叉勺样样俱全，甚至备有大桶橄榄油，电磁炉、微波炉、烤面包机和咖啡机也都有。一室一厅- 的房子大概在50平米左右。房东只在入住后第二天过来收钱一般不出现就跟在中国租房子差不多。入住后填写她- 留下来的表格然后在电视柜里的小盒子能找到很多旅游信息传单。房子外面有个大教堂，大门进去后走廊有点古老- ，晚上入住时候有点阴森，进到房间就很温馨了，屋子里面主要是宜家的家具。房东老太太懂日语会写书法和水墨- 画，貌似还信佛，她说她在柏林有11套房子，入住前一周会把安排给你的那套公寓的真实地址发邮件给你。bo- oking上的地址不是最终你的入住地址。weding区有很多土耳其人的餐厅和菜场，吃东西超好吃，买东- 西超便宜，很适合居家人事居住。不远处还有个韩国人超市可以买到泡面和大米回家可以自己做中餐换换口味。

大门进去后的走廊有点阴森。因为一楼沿街早上比较吵。比起酒店租带厨房公寓会有点小贵。房东3天只来过一次- 。呵呵。电话偶尔打不通。

мы сняли вторую квартиру спонтанно, тк заболела дочь и что бы не заразила младшего решили разьехаться. написано заселение с двух, приехали в 14.30 и позвонив поняли что ждать нам час на ветру с вещами и ребенком которого выписали после операции.. дождались, в квартире 15 градусов, даже прогрев пол остался ледяным, стиралки, микроволновки нет, не кдобно, но они не заявляли. помыться не реально и холод и окно на улицу и теснота, короче ты вечером моешься а на тебя смотрят из окон напротив. сбежали к вечеру хотя заплатили за 3 дня(( ледяной пол, подьезд и мусорка из окон. рядом нет кафе и магазинов

Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim ein und auschecken. Das alles vorhanden war was man braucht incl Kaffee und Filtertüten. Es waren mal wirklich viele Kleiderbügel im Schrank, großes Lob! Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt.

Der knarrende Dielenboden der bei jedem Schritt Geräusche von sich gab. Keine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Zu wenig Steckdosen in der Küche und Wohnraum.

è vicino alla metro. Ottima pulizia. Tutto arredato con mobili ikea ma con gusto. Ottima soluzione per una coppia.

To mieszkanie a nie hotel, świetnie wyposażony, elegancko urządzony, bardzo czysty I zadbany apartament.w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, zadbana łazienka, wygodne łóżko, sporo miejsca,wifi, blisko metra, idealny na wypoczynek z małym dzieckiem. Mieszkanie naprawdę w wysokim standarcie, niczym pokoje pokazowe ikea. Warto jednak mieć świadomość, ze dzielnica to raczej dzielnica imigrantów, głównie tureckich, wydaje się spokojna I bezpieczna, choć my spacerowaliśmy tam jedynie w ciągu dnia.bardzo blisko jest netto.dla nad idealny nocleg. 4 albo 5 przystankow metrem do bramy brandenburskiej I centrum

Die Wohnung ist Super gelegen. Die U- und S-Bahn sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles nötige war vorhanden und sehr sauber. Gut gelöst ist der Zugang durch Codeschlösser. So ist man bei der Anreise nicht an bestimmte Zeiten gebunden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
