The helpfulness of reception staff on departure. Nice lobby area. Helpful staff on day duty. Unhelpful receptionist on arrival who billed me before being shown the room. No attempt made to assist with baggage .The poor standard of comfort and cleanliness of the room. TV didn't work. Breakfast outrageously priced. |

comfortable hotel located in a quiet residential area; staff was very friendly and helpful; within easy walking distance of most of the attractions in the center of the city very limited dining opportunities nearby |

I am not exagerating when we say the staff ,cleanliness,comfort value,location were excellent and we and my family members will stay in The Adria when we visit Munchen again this year.Thank You Not a thing. |

Hotel was in great location for getting around Munich,hotel was also very clean and the staff were helpful enough. The only problem I had was drunken Germans kept us awake 1night, they were shouting and playing loud music and the staff failed2do anythin bout it..!!! |

The staff are friendly. It was so hot in the room because of no airconditioning! We have to reserve a fan in the counter. But there is limited fans for the entire hotel. No breakfast included. Not so value for money. We have to walk up and down stairs even we took the lift, coz the lift does not go straight away to the floor. |

Helpful staff. I had two rooms, one was average, one was good. Near to U-Bahn. Breakfast is expensive. Coffee shop round the corner offers the same for less. |

The room was very spacious and clean. Great location, although a little far from the train station it is in a perfect location for a little more quiet vacation with very quick access to the downtown area. Ask for a room facing the garden, the road is very loud with the window open. |

Very convenient location to underground, main city center and the English Garden area reasonable walking distance to all. Kitchen noises carried up the centre courtyard area and was quite noisy early in the morning. |

Location to English Garden as well as to key sites and main square. Nice neighborhood with coffee shop and small grocery store just steps from the hotel. Parking was free but was on the street. I wasn't sure about safety of the car for 2 nights but it was fine. |

It is two minutes walk from the Englischer Garten and two minutes in the other direction from the underground and ten minutes walk from the historic heart of Munich. My credit card receipt had a statement that I had opted not to use Mastercards exchange rates for the bill and that I was being charged in GBP. I had not made this choice. I did educate them that they must permit the cardholder to make that choice. |

Good location on a quiet street only two stops on the U-Bahn from the city centre. Hotel lift very small and only stops on alternate floors. Don't bring a heavy suitcase! |
