O hotel é muito confortável e os funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos. Tendo em vista a promoção que pegamos, o custo-benefício foi muito bom.

O hotel não fica exatamente no Schwabing, que é um bairro muito gostoso e bem localizado em Munique. É necessário caminhar uns 15 minutos ou pegar um ônibus e andar 2 pontos até o metrô mais próximo (Münchener Freiheit), onde realmente o bairro "começa". Não considero isso um problema, primeiro porque gosto de caminhar e a caminhada era plana e agradéval. Além disso, o sistema de transportes da cidade é muito bom e todo integrado. Então se você compra um bilhete diário, como é o caso quando está chegando e saindo (com malas), ele vale o dia todo para um número ilimitado de viagens e você pode fazer uso do ônibus que mencionei, muito confortável e pontual. Mas é bom que se saiba que o hotel é um pouquinho afastado do movimento do Schwabing.

A localização excelente e o apoio prestado pelo "concierge"... o pequeno almoço também não é nada mau!

Um hotel deste gabarito devia ter Internet gratuita... este não tem... algo a melhorar!

We liked the friendly and very helpful staff, also the very comfortable bed believe me all hotel beds are not. The food was lovely , overall it was a very pleasent experience

Saw all the sights used the Ubahn and enjoyed Munich

I liked the fact that it was central and it was no fuss checking in and out. The Pitchers bar was also very good, warm and friendly. Would definately stay there again.

Staff were not very helpful, we had to "drag" information from them re public transport etc. Breakfast at €22 was ridiculously expensive. We had a champagne breakfast for €11.50 in the city instead.

Helpfulness of staff and high standard of housekeeping

Soundproofing was poor, especially noise from corridor Breakfast was much too expensive at €23; an adequate breakfast was available nearby at €6.50

The room was clean and cleaned promptly. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was good and not too far from a subway stop.

Would have been nice to be able to exchange currency at the hotel. I expect this from a four star hotel.

The cleanliness of the room and the proximity of tube station (10 min. walking).

We reserved a double bed (king size bed) and we got a room with 2 single beds, then they offer us a room with a 1 and a half size bed.

Had to ask twice for an iron to be brought to the room and no tea and coffee making facilities in the room

OK, but nothing special

Just the air in the room was bad and hot. Opening the window let the noice from the street in, so we depended on not that good artificial air circulaton.
