I like the hotel being close to public transportation, being close as well to sHOPPING areas Not so much, but one of the bathroom soup containers were not functioning, the shower needed some power to switch from tap to shower |

The price of the room was very good and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly We would not eat breakfast there as it was ridiculously expensive. The pillow in the bed was so thin there might as well have been none. Although Internet was available at Reception there should have been free wireless Internet available at least at Reception. |

The staff were frendly and happy to help us with a late check out, without extra cost or hassle. Although ugly from the outside, the hotel was clean and recently decorated. Optional breakfast was 20 euro per head! Very expensive! But, 5 mins down the road was an excellent cafe with amazing coffee and food. |

The room was very comfortable, spatious, and nicely designed. The breakfast was just amazing, both in terms of quality and quantity. The politeness of the personnel at the lobby could have been better. |

Staff willingness and kindness. Placed in a very nice area (Schwabing - Leopoldstr.) not far from the city center. Good relaxing area with pool and suanas. Cleaned and comfortable. Twin room with king size bads. |

The price was good, the rooms are comfortable, if you book a Komfort room you can really use the Minibar for free...and they refill it. The location its very good, in few minutes you are at downtown Munich. Rooms should be booked without breakfast (23 Eur !) its too expensive and you can find possibilities just outside of the hotel in some meters. A typical Holliday Inn, service was not the best, they gave us the wrong room and after much discussion found out that we were right and gave us a Komfort Room. At the Pool the water temperature was really cold, also too deep for kids alone..no chance.. |

I liked the way the staff accomodated the fact we did not speak german, they were good with their english, The Restaurant (burger bar) had really nice food as well. |
