Fair hotel for the 4 star classification.

The hotel is 10-15 Km away from the center, but we did not care too much about that as we traveled by car. Free parking at 200m away in a dark place when coming back during the night.

This Hotel is very clean and located in a calm area. I liked their breakfast which has a lot f varieties. The room price is reasonable.

Although the room ia clean and nice but there is a strong smell of naphthalene.

The hotel is super clean and well organized, and the price is very good for a hotel of this category in a city like Munich.

Breakfast is way too expensive. The free parking facility is very limited. Location is good for guests traveling by car, but it's really on the outskirts of the city.

The hotel is very far from the city centre and from the train station and you will never find a taxi to pick you up from train station till the hotel, so you have to push your luggage for one kilometer all the way till the hotel , the double bed are very small in size and they charge you for every additional 10cm, the room furniture is very old, I will never stay their again.

Hotel room was cold (winter), also bathroom was cold and in bathroom there wasn`t possibility to heat it. Also I recommend to replace pillows. Hotel advertises free parking, but parking cost 10 euros per night.

It's very comfortable 4* hotel with good value for money. Very quite and pleasant so should be good choice for businessmen or for tired travelers. Location is a bit far from city center but train station and German De Bahn make it very quick and easy, just 15 minutes and you are on Marienplatz. Hotel is now being renovated. Now it's only 3rd floor, where we enjoyed our staying. Renovated rooms looks very good!

I was traveling with friends and we faced some misunderstandings with reception staff. Friend of mine was a bit high 1.95m but not super high:-) bed in first room was so small for him, I guess 1.70 or 1.80m. Guy at reception told that this was a standard bed size. We tried to find out any taller bed, and were advised by the same guy to upgrade the room to business suite. It was really surprising to know that in Holiday Inn standard is beds only for people below 1.80m.

Clean, secure, easy walk from train station. Not long to get into the city centre by train.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. They changed our towels every day. There were many tv channells. We liked it so much.

The only problem is, the hotel situated a bit far from the S-bahn station.

The hotel was excellent and had everything expected of a top class hotel. The staff were fantastic and helped with every request. I would like to thank the reception staff especially with their help finding the Scotland v England rugby on Saturday morning. On top of that the reception girls were gorgeous to look at too. Thank you

Proximity to the train station, very easy to get to Marianplatz and the main train station in the city center
