The hotel was within easy walking distance from Europa Park which was ideal for us and the main reason we chose it. The staff were friendly and very helpful in providing us with local information. We were able to buy our tickets for Europa Park at the hotel reception, thus saving time. The buffet breakfast was well stocked with a good choice. In summary, a plain & simple, no nonsense hotel located ideally for those looking for such accomodation before/after visting the Europa Park Our room was very sparse & simple with budget style minimal furniture but adequete for our short two day stay. We would have liked internet access & we recommend providing this in this modern age.

The receptionist was very nice, the other staff were very gentle and they tried to feel us comfortable. It is really great that the room has a balcony, there is a small playground for kids. The room is small.

Situé à quelques mètres d'Europa-Park, il offre une alternative intéressante aux hôtels-usines du parc. Ambiance familiale, prix des chambres très corrects et déjeuner buffet (compris dans le prix de la nuit) gargantuesque.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet. Für ein Familienzimmer (4 Betten) war das Bad zu klein und es hatte keine Abstellflächen.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Europapark war das ausschlaggebende Argument für die Auswahl dieses Hotels.Wir wurden während des gesamten Aufenthalts gut bewirtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und freundlich. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und einladend gestaltet. Das Essen ist ausgesprochen lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Besonders schön ist der herzlich- gut gelaunte Umgang vom Wirt sowohl mit den Gästen als auch mit seinen Leuten. Die Zimmer sind etwas aus der Mode und die Badezimmer sehr klein.

Personnel vraiment très agréable et serviable. Chambre très belle et très propre, hôtel a 5minute a pied du parc. Parking gratuit a l’hôtel. Vraiment très bien dans cet hôtel et triste quand on en repart. Je vous recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation! Allé y et vous ne serais pas déçus! Un grand remerciement au passage a la réceptionniste qui malgré mes changement de date successive nous a accueilli avec une très grande gentillesse! Et également félicitation pour son français qui est excellent!

Nähe zum Europapark Trotz Werbung im Internet keine Karten für den Europapark. Bett und Kopfkissen hatten Blutflecken im Inlett, die durch den Bezug zu sehen waren. Das fanden wir äußerst eklig. Zimmer sehr spartanisch. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist gut aber teuer.Zwei Nächte mit Frühstrück für drei Personen 350 Euro, ist bei der Leistung hammerschlecht!!
