Very kind staff, good breakfast

Nice room, free internet, good bathroom. Breakfast fine.

Location is handy, close to HBF, close to metro, walking distance to 'real' city center. The street the hotel is in is busy (at night!) due to cheap restaurants, sexshops/cinemas. Might not be everyone's taste... It felt perfectly safe though.

Location in dirty district. A lot of erotic clubs around the hotel. Too small rooms. We reserved the smoking room but the staff couldn't offer us the such room. The room view is awful.

The room I was in, needed some paint. The walls were dirty. The aircon makes a loud noice which is very disturbing during the night.

Comfortable bed Excellent bathroom. Great location to central Munich.

Lighting in the room was not brilliant. Room was quite small.

Good Breakfast

The location, so close to the main station. Although, it was an odd neighbourhood: ladies in the streets often showing nothing but their eyes, walking past posters for strip clubs showing almost-naked women. The staff were quick to respond to replace a non-working light bulb, and desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast and all-day coffee included in the price.

My other half likes a fried breakfast, but the only hot food was boiled eggs, so he was disappointed. The painted walls of the room were marked in places; did not look too clean.

The bathroom was clean, the shower was very good.

The room was a bit too small.

It's a good place for a short economy stay. The location is perfect - short distance to the very centre. Nice breakfast and tea and coffee all the day.

Free wifi, good breakfast, clean room, central location and sound- proofed windows have been thoughtfully installed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially when we asked to be moved to a non- smoking room halfway through our stay (we had forgotten to request one beforehand and we quickly found the smell of the smoking room to be overhwelming, so make sure you specifically request non-smoking if that's what you want!)

Hotel is in a fairly seedy part of town, maybe not appropriate for kids.

Brilliant location 200 metres from central train station. Staff super helpful we arrived 3 hours early and they checked us in no problem. There is free coffee all day and pastries as well as chocolate in the afternoon. Room was spacious and clean the hotel had a really nice feel about it. Would stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel excellent value for money.

Very friendly stuff, all service is quite good. Very good location, 10 minuts walk to the Marienplatz, a lot of shopping galeries near the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, quite and calm Breakfast is full of varoius dishes, very tasty and rich food. Nice design, light colors and new furniture.

Wi-Fi signal is poor, at the second floor our smartphone can't connect to the network. A lot of Turkish and other arabic people on the street near the hotel and strip bars, but it was not so critical for us

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the Marianplatz. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet because it was back from the noise of the street. The 24 hour coffee machine and gluhwein were fantastic at the end of a long day of walking around in Munich! Excellent breakfast and the staff were superbly polite and helpful. One nice fellow even provided us with a map which he wrote down locations of specific stores for my daughter to shop at as well as the locations of good restaurants! We are coming back!! Thank you staff for a wonderful stay!
