Airport shuttle for 5 euros Staff was rude, room was hot. We had an early flight and needed to catch the 6:30 shuttle. We asked the front desk if an early breakfast was available. We were told that free coffe and pastries would be available in the lobby at 4:30. However, they didn't tell us the serving stopped at 6:00. So, when we went down to grab a bite to eat before the 6:30 shuttle, nothing was available.

The front desk staff (in eye glass) refused to accept 500euro bills for payment of my breakfast amounting to 84euro. What if it is the only money i got? The whole family have to scrounge for loose change just to pay for it. We are strangers to the place, how would we know that 500 denomination is not widely accepted. The cash register was open and they have available change. The staff should have been more considerate. i wish this lady will be able to visit Philippines sio she could feel our hospitality.

Just a hotel for reasonable money. I have never seeing such low speed Internet. Even paid for so-called "premium" packet I have got the speed 28Kb/S. &Quot;Free" has zero speed.

Nice hotel. had comfortable stay as it's close to the airport for my late evening arrival and with shuttle buses plying every 30 min. For visiting munich ,transpo is not problem since from the airport you can take a 20 min train ride to the city.

This is an airport hotel, so its very close to Munich airport (ca. 10' by car). This hotel constitutes a typical sample of chain hotels in Germany. More or less, all of them have the same characteristics, which simpy are: 1. Quite old (more than 10 years) furnishings, fittings and dressings 2. A miserable, "all basics" atmosphere 3. An outrageously unjustified policy of high priced extras charges for everything additional to the hotel room (parking=€12/night, breakfast=€21/night, 1/2lt water (minibar)=€!.... etc. ....all these for a hotel that charges €89/room/person/night!.... No thank you!......

Simple design Ease of access to the airport Lively bar No room service menu in the hotel room. No bottle opener in the hotel room. Need more English speaking tv channels. Couldn't access WiFi. Too long to check in. All the above are small details but when tired after a long flight can prove annoying.

The rooms were very spacey and I felt "at home". Staff was extremly helpful and welcoming. Gym was too small. No breakfast included in the price.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay in case of traveling via Munich airport. Shuttle bus abaliable every 30 minutes to both terminals for 5€. Confortable, clean rooms, free wi-fi, friendly staff, and all for resonable price...

Comfortable,quiet place, very clean, friendly staff, overall very good. It was not clear (at the airport) where was the shuttle bus stop. When contacting the hotel staff and said that I was waiting at the exit of terminal 1 they said that I have to wait by the taxis. This ended up to be the wrong information.
