Close proximity to the airport is/was the main reason for staying at NH Munich. There were no emails welcoming me to the hotel the day or two before the stay. Nor were questions asked if I needed anything. Paying for parking in addition to the cost of the room, I think is a bit cheeky. It's not like there is a overwhelming amount of people parking there for extended periods of time. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cost is too high and for this reason I will not stay there again.It is sold as an airport hotel but it is not. I thought charging 16 euros to get to and from the airport was an insult given the cost of the hotel and the fact that it is meant to be an airport hotel. |

Price of the room was very fair. My room was comfortable, nice bathroom. Shuttle from airport was convenient. It appeared that the hotel is directed more toward business travelers, and that being said I thought the small dinner menu (before 7:00) was expensive for regular travelers, and with 3 of us staying in a room 24 Euros was quite high price for shuttle. |

Location is close to the airport, excellent rate through booking.com, comfortable lobby bar, 15 min of free internet access - just what we needed to check in for our flight, free 'grab and go' breakfast available at 4am, comfortable beds. We were able to join a group going to the airport in a shuttle at 4:30am, and we were only charged 4 Euro for 2 people! It is the perfect location to stay before an early flight. 12 Euro taxi (for 2 people) to get to the hotel from the airport - it would be nice to be able to call for a hotel shuttle. The location was perfect for our purpose, but it is not a convenient place to stay if you are planning to visit the munich city center. |

It was pleasant - quiet and clean The airport taxi service was not good and the shuttle was too busy. We got to the airport and saw many many taxis lined up. Obviously they do not want the small fares from adjacent hotels. |

The hotel staff was very helpful. The fridge wasn't working in my room and they changed my room immediately. The room was clean and I like the modern design of the nh hotels. The beds are comfortable and the duvets are great. I thought the lighting wasn't great in the rooms, so they seemed a little dingy. The Frankfurt nh seemed much nicer to me. The shuttle to the airport was 8 euros one-way. The room seemed overpriced to me, but it was fine for one night. |

The nh hotel is located a short distance from the airport. The food, bar service and staff were great. The rooms were large and clean. Beside being next to the airport there is not much near there exept a gas station for you to fill up your car rental before you return |

international character, good for a short stay, all the comfort you want for a convenient stay the only thing is that the phone is not at the bedside so if you have a wake up service you have to get out of bed for answering the phone |

I liked how and what they cook. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast is too expensive. 21 is just too much when at the airport one can get similar for 14. |
