The only good thing is that it is near the train station. But for sure, you can find something much better around for the same price. Terrible. Horrible. Do not go!!! The room was smelling very bad. And when I complained to the front desk girl Jorgita, she told me I could change the hotel if I wanted. But I had already paid for it (you must pay when you check in). Not recomendo even to enemies. Unfortunately, all the hotels were booked.

Location was within walking distance to Old Square. We were in one of the newer rooms and it was the family room. 2 adults & 3 children. Was big enough for us. Not a lot of walking around room but we were only in there to sleep. Shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was nothing special but was adequate. Breakfast room on the other hand is very small and cramped especially when it gets busy! Overall we were comfortable there and enjoyed our time in the city. There is also a parking garage right around the corner which was convenient for us. The main thing we didn't like was how noisy the street was. There is no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open and the noise from the streets below was very loud. Seems to bounce off the buildings and amplify.

Don't choose this hotel unless you want a horrible hotel experience. The quadruple rooms are so small that you can't even fit a small piece of luggage in them. The hotel staff are rude and will do anything to charge you money. It is rated as a three star hotel. It is not. Compared to other hotels both in Germany and Europe this is a one star hotel. Avoid it!

Munich Inn Hotel was the worst experience for me in my entire life. I stayed there for three nights, with no Sleep through neither of the nights. Dirty, noisy, the ugliest reception staff in terms of their behavior against their guests. Rubbish place I can say to describe 2% of my opinion about the place.

The location, very close to the central Munich train station. You walk out the train station and it is down 2 blocks. It was very small. There was no second lock on the door. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The hotel ambience was poor; it is like a backpacker's hotel but more expensive.

The hotel was in an ideal location for people needing to use the Hauptbanhof, the accommodation was not cramped and the breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable and the room was not too hot. The bath towels were too small and a bit worn out.

Nothing I did not like at all. The staff was not helpful but more hostile in manner. There was no room to put our luggage in before receiving the room at 200 pm. There was no lobby or room to wait in. We could not even sit in the hotel before receiving our room. In summary, this was the worst hotel I have ever been in.

although its closeness to the city center, it was too noisy at nights. we couldn't rest well... besides, lack of air conditioning was another unpleasure factor for unconfortable nights...in either way you feel terrible (if windows open...noise, close it....hot)

Wifi is expensive. It is claimed 3,50 € per hour however due to poor signals the staff offered us lan which costs 5 € per day. Breakfast was no so good with almost no variety of breads, no fruit salad. The breakfast room was small and hence noisy. However, the location, cleanliness is good enough to be recommended to other travelers.

This was a bare-bones, basic hotel that was only a couple of notches up from a hostel. There was no lobby, no restaurant, no bar, The elevator was the size of a postage stamp; we had to make two trips to get our luggage up to our room, which was spartan, to say the least. The hotel staff people were mostly indifferent, although a couple of them actually were pleasant and helpful. On the plus side, the small bathrooms were very clean; and the breakfast buffet, while not expansive, was very adequate. The primary advantages of the hotel were the location (two blocks from the Hauptbanhof), although there were many other, much nicer, hotels in the neighborhood, and the very reasonable prices. No lobby; indifferent service staff; small elevator; spartan rooms; lack of amenities; no parking facilities.

The hotel was clean and close to the main train station. That's all I can give to this hotel. The room was very noisy. I couldn't sleep at night because of the cars passing by the street. It's very small. The family room is not suitable for five people at all. Although the pictures in the website didn't show that. From the pictures, I got the impression that the room is very large and convenient. The area where this hotel is located is full of sex shops and erotic clubs. Not good for families.
