bathroom was very new and clean as well as comfortable for European standards - the room was very clean and modern TV was awful for English speaking people, only CNN is in English - the beds were too soft for my liking |

I liked the modern rooms even though the bathroom could be bigger. The breakfast was good though. The floors were very dirty/dusty and I could see paw prints on the floor from someone else's dog. The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. They seemed a bit stressed and annoyed. |

The Hotel was very central to everything and easy to get to. Rooms were clean. Rooms are quiet small. There is no air conditioning and it is on a very noisy road so you cannot leave the windows open. |

The free breakfast was nice. The neighborhood wasn't very comfortable with the various strip clubs nearby and no lobby to sit and wait for companions was not inviting. |

Very convenient location next to Central station,good breakfast. Room No.607 was not very clean,it had water seepage /mould marks in the ceiling at one point,needs maintenance and water proofing . |

Good price compared to other hotels in Munich, very friendly receptionest. Beds !! Breakfast place, all people there were friendly except one of them treated us in a bad way (did not like arabs!!) but the receptionest corrected everything fine. |

There were only 2 ladies at the reception and 1 from the cleaning staff that wore very nice. They deserve a better hotel. The hotel is not a 3* hotel as is displayed by booking.com. For 1 week nobody has washed the floor in my room. There is no acclimatization system and you have to sleep with the window open and with a very crowded street (even during night), is almost impossible. |
