curatenia daca nu stii limba germana nu ai ce cauta in acest hotel/ nu stiu unde sa scriu asta... sa nu intre personalul de serviciu in camera cit timp esti prezent :eu am adormit rapid si a venit sa-mi aduca fata de perna...m-am trezit cu femeea linga pat...apoi dimineata a deschis pina la 11 cind am plecat cred ca de vreo 3 ori usa...nu mi se pare corect .. |

Hotelul este confortabil, functional,dispune de dotari suficiente, personalul este amabil, masa este foarte variata, bogata, totul este curat,ospitalier, receptia face tot posibilul pentru a asista oaspetii cu amabilitate si solicitudine. Dorim sa revenim. Alese multumiri. |

We appreciated the location of this hotel not far from the historical centre of Munich. We didn't like the difficulty to find parking for our car. |

Great location, variety breakfast satisfying to all tastes, clean and comfortable room, although small for three people. No blinds on the windows, offering enjoyable view to the residents of the buildings across. |

Arrived early and wasn't able to check into our room because it was still occupied, but front desk offered to hold our bags. Room was ready after returning at a normal check-in time. Good location and cheap. The curtains on the window were incredibly thin and our room was bright as could be as soon as the sun came up. |

It was very unpleasant experience. I have stayed in room 206 and one of the night I woke up to very itchy arms. I had bedbug bites (7) all over my arm swollen up. When I have showed this the receptionist ( because there were no other staff member) it had completely dismissed my claim even though I have found the bedbug and killed it. I was not allowed to talk to the manager! I left very angry and disappointed. After this case I was not able to contact the management of the hotel ( I have send my picture documentation of the case). Never had such an unpleasant stay. I have not get any compensation either. Fantastic location, clean and tidy rooms Slightly tired feel to the hotel, but still a clean and comfortable space to stay. If possible ask for room on the upper levels of the hotel if facing the road as usual city morning noise might be annoying if on the lower levels, but that's the price you pay for a great inner city location. |

I'ts close by the city , near the railway station, low price and a more than fair breakfast the parking space, the narrow halways ( very industrial ) and the poor beds. |

The hotel was the perfect location for going to Oktoberfest and close to the main train station. Rooms were clean with a nice bathroom and comfy beds. The room was very noisy as it faces the main street. |

The location was the only benefit. The room was not that clean, the blankets and pillows were smelly Internet access was unconvenient, (cable - socket not loceted by the 1/4 sqm desk). Staff was just polite and surely not friendly. Price vs service is not worth it!! |
