La pulizia delle camere , dei servizi igienici ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Insufficiente arredamento, poco funzionale della camera.Abbiamo chiesto di dormire con le lenzuola e le coperte tradizionali e ci hanno riproposto i soliti "sacchi teutonici"insomma usati nel nord che quando dormi e cambi di posizione ti ritrovi sempre scoperto!!!E d'inverno??? |

solo la colazione era perfetta, il letto per due ma non ci stavammo in due era piccolo e la coperta per una persona ,non ci credo che questo letto, come mi e stato detto e per due. |

Friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet We got separated beds contrarily to what we booked and there was no way of changing that. We didn't get any discount for that error, saying that we already had a prefential rate. Disappointing lack of flexibility. |

Very clean rooms. Quite rooms. One of two elavators was not working when I have arrived, second elevator broke also for one day, so no elevators were working at all (later receptionist showed me one elavator for hotel emplyees that can be used). To go down from 7th floor I had to use emergacny exit becasue I didnt knew that there is one additional elevator only for hotel emplyees. Additinoaly one of two of the fire emergency exits was locked!!! although the evacuation path was leading to it. Not all reception emplyees were talking well in english. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, prompter Service, Um 9.30 h war das Frühstücksbuffet ziemlich "leergeräumt" - das Wiederbefüllen war etwas zäh. Die Möglichkeiten der Kleiderablage sind dürftig (im Zimmer ist kein Kleiderschrank) Die Garderobe ist unzureichend. |

Das Hotelrestaurant hat mir von der Innenausstattung gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels liegt sehr zentral. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant. Hier wurden Fertigprodukte serviert. Keine frisch zubereiteten Lebensmittel. |

Von der Lage her, war es total ruhig, angenehm. Wem daran Gefallen liegt, der muß dies bevorzugen! Das Zimmer ist sehr klein! Meine Frau und ich haben uns ständig auf die Füße getreten. Beim Frühstück wurden die verbrauchten Teller und Tassen nicht ständig abgeräumt. Die "Frische" des Buffet ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der servierte Kaffee, war schon ca. 2 Stunden vorher am Tisch gestanden. |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es auch ausserhalb der Hoteltiefgarage in ausreichernder Anzahl. Für zwei Erwachsene Personen war das Doppel-Bett (140cm Breite) etwas knapp. Ausser, man ist zum Kuschelurlaub dort, dann passt es... |

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber - auch das Bad war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vollkommen in Ordnung - manchmal kam das Personal allerdings nicht mit dem Auffüllen hinterher. |
