The Hotel (also Hostel) is close to downtown and the train station. Room and Bathroom were totally dirty. The bed is uncomfortable. Once the hotel is also a hostel, you don't have to much silence at night. I do not recommend.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable - the slats holding the mattress were missing, and in their place was a board which was not only uncomfortable, but extremely noisy.

Location. It was very disappointing seeing the room in that condition! Very filthy, bad view, outdated bathroom full of lime, broken stuff, dirty... In general, it looked like it needed a total make over (even the elevator was dirty and for the two persons max.). I don't recommend this hotel in Munich!

We were aware that the hotel would have a hostel atmosphere to it and were concerned about noise, but we were pleased that there seemed to be a quieter area reserved for families. Also, from the hotel it is only a five-minute walk to a train station and immediate access to most of the city. This is definitely more of a hostel than a hotel.

Very good value for money and nice Bayern restaurant/bar across the street. The bar at the hotel wasn't very cosy/nice.

I like that there's the kitchen where we could cook food and refrigerator but we also had to share with other guests. Many people wanted to use oven at dinner time. The lift was quite good if not it's impossible to stay in 6th floor without it. The location wasn't so much far form train station but it wasn't near as published in web site. Really tried with big luggages if walking form train station. The room was clean. Some of staffs weren't friendly; he quickly explained what I asked without thinking if we could understand, he didn't know much about Munich sightseeing. Some were ok.

Convenient location near main station. Clean room, buffet breakfast reasonable value. If you are over 40 you are probably too old to stay here! Nothing wrong with the hotel but it is marketed much more as a hostel/young persons place. Room was basic but for 1 night ok.

There's everything you need to sleep well. In my room (1-p, private); bed, tv, small desk, small closet. Perfect shower, clean towels and linnen. Breakfast is fine for the price (4,50) The rooms don't have a very nice atmosphere, because the lights are very bright and there's no reading-light near the bed. So if you want to spend some hours in your room, it's not very advisable, but oke if you don't expect any luxury.

Location; price; cleanliness; space of room; self-service kitchen available. Reception area functional, but friendly. City and transport information is available and some tickets are available at the desk. Breakfast is standard for Germany with quite a wide selection (meaning much more than just bread/butter/jam/coffee, like in France). Self-service kitchen's cleanliness was not supervised enough, and it's garbage was not taken away regularly enough. No kitchen towels provided, but the use of the refrigerator is free. Sound insulation between room and corridors could be better. Wonder how it would be at the period of the Oktoberfest when things tend to get a bit louder...

The staff were knowledgeable and professional in every way from check- in to use of the adapters to charge our computers. Also, it helps to have this type of assistance when making transportation (Sbahn) arrangements to meet early flight schedules departing from the Munich Airport. Thank you.

I have liked the friendliness of the staff, their services such as having train tickets available, guest kitchen, close to the train station, size of the room and comfort. All in all we were very satisfied and we will definitely chose this chain in another country. We were not lucky with the neighbors as many were irrespectful of the noise they were making regardless of the time. Basic breakfast but some what enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly convenient. Clean. Quiet. One expects a spartan room in what is essentially a hostel. But a facecloth or second towel would have been nice. And while Munich is generally costly, this seemed high for what it provided

The room was located on the stairwell, it looks like the room was previously the utility room. It was very small, very cold and not so clean. One towel had the footprint.
