MEININGER Hotel München City Center  

The Hotel (also Hostel) is close to downtown and the train station.

Room and Bathroom were totally dirty. The bed is uncomfortable. Once the hotel is also a hostel, you don't have to much silence at night. I do not recommend.

Great quality for that money. Better than some hotels that costs a lot more! Very happy,i'd even stay there again.

A little noise.. You can hear noise from next door.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff but most of all upu can rent a bike.. Best way to visit the city!

it was a clean friendly hotel , 14 of us stayed there and not one complaint, everyne said for the price its the best hotel they stayed in , and we are all seasoned travelers , if you want a spotlessly clean hotel to use as a base only ,in a great location . this is defo the place to go ,

The Evening dinner was more expansive and very poor. It is better and chip to eat a pizza in a restaurant.

The staff is not prepared.

Over-rated. Not worth my money

The staff were friendly and fairly helpful. The location was good.

We booked a 'brightly decorated double room', the first room we were given was more like a prison cell with two single beds on separate sides of the room. We asked at reception for a different room as this was not what we'd booked at all, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The staff said there was no other rooms and advised us to push the beds together. We tried this but the room was so tiny and the layout so awkward there was no way to put the beds anywhere near each other. We told them this at reception and they gave us a key to a different room. This one was bigger and so the furniture could be rearranged. The furniture was pretty gross though, even for a budget hotel (and we've stayed in many). One wall painted dark red does not make it a 'brightly decorated room' There was also brown stains all over the bedding that I hoped was make up.. All in all very disappointing.

Clean recently renovated room.

Most of guests are noisy youngsters. Also, there is only one elevator and it takes a lot of time waiting for it.

Good clean room easy parking, very handy for city centre with good pub and restaurant nearby

The room was really nice, the place is great for young people and the view from the room was magnificent.

Not easy to find and the receptionist was too young.
