Staff was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and reasonably priced.

Shower was not clean, washclothes were not part of the linens provided.

OK rooms, very close to Hackerbücke S-bahn station, central train station and the octoberfest area (Theresienweise).

Clean bedroom, comfortable beds, essential albeit clean bathroom, helpfull staff. Excellent free internet conexion. Low fees for Munich's standards.

Breakfest is not included but that's understandable considering the prices.

The location from central station is quite easy just 3 station with tram.

Room facilities were poor. Bathroom was not clean enough for customer. We stayed during some trade fair in Munich which costed us 3 times/ night. I really disappointed with the bunk bed for my family

I thought the hotel was really good. The bedroom was nice, confortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the hotel and a pool table and a bar, which is great if you're still deciding what you are going to do. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main train station, which is great, because from there you can get anywhere in the city. I'd reccomend it to everyone.

The objective of my trip was to travel using cheap hotels and this one was even better than I expected.

1. Decently central location 2. Considering the amount of teenagers constantly partying in the common areas, rooms and halls, the hotel is relativly clean 3. Free wifi with decent speed

1. VERY thin walls in the rooms - it is possible to hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the neighboring rooms and as this 'hotel' has many high-school classes staying this means very little sleep. 2. The room (which was designed for two people) had only two lamps - one of which was broken, and which despite having asked reception to get it fixed 10 minutes after checkin, it was still not fixed when I checked out 2 days later. 3. Considering the size of the rooms, the lack of peace and quiet even in the rooms at night, and the fact that breakfast is not included in the price of the room, the value for money at this hotel is VERY low compared with most other hotels in the area. If you value a good night's sleep, a room where the lamps work, and value for money, I would NOT recommend you to stay at this hotel

this is not a hotel it is a youth hostle with 15 year old kids running around all night. my family could not sleep and it ruined the next day of out trip

Clean, double room very confortable and not noisy. Perfect for a low budget place. Location is not that perfect for those are looking to be just a walk away from the main atractions in the city, but since we were looking for the old brewery, was just perfect!

Fair value of money and good environment.

The sound next door can be heard clear in our room which made me very noisy. A group of Italian played so loudly in midnight which made me spleepless.
